A Promise to the dead Part 2

"I'm feeling a little better but I think I'm gonna go to the doctor if it get's worse" I say to Anna over the phone as I put a cream colored cardigan over my black romper. "I'm gonna hitch a ride with my brother and see you at school" I say as I adjust my side faux braid.

"That sounds nice " she says and I smile as I look at myself in the mirror and strap on my black wedges. "It does" I say walking over to my dresser and sliding on a black head band. "Well I need your help" she says as I sit on my bed.

"What's the problem?" I ask. "There's this boy that I like but he has a girlfriend what do I do?" she asks and I sigh pursing my lips. "Maybe you should tell him how you feel and see if he likes you back. Maybe he will be happier with you then with his girlfriend" I say.

"Yeah but if I do then this could ruin a friendship" she says and I sigh. "How much do you like him?" I ask. "A lot, he's really cute and funny. He's caring but he has some issues that I'm not sure. He's been acting strange lately but it's kind of a typical thing for him at this point" she says .

"I don't know. If I were you I would just see if there is something there" I say getting up and grabbing my bag.

"You're right, I've got to go but thank you" she says and hangs up. I walk down stairs to see Stiles with a smile on his face. "What's up with you?" I ask and he shrugs. "Can't I just be happy with my beautiful little sister?" he asks as we walk out to his jeep.

"Did Malia hit you so hard that you got brain damage?" I question and he rolls his eyes. "Listen here Sofia the first, I'm starting to think all the chemicals in the pounds of hair product you use is really getting to you" he says and I smile. "Now this is the Stiles I love" I say as we drive to school.

"Pretty soon it's gonna be the Stiles you hate" he says and I snap my fingers. "The sass is real" I say laughing. "Are you coming to the game tonight?" Stiles asks me.

"Of course, Liam is in it" I say in a duh tone. "and you" I add before he can comment. "Have you heard from Scott?" he asks as we pull up to the school and I open my door.

"Nope" I say and run off to find Anna. "Anna Banana" I call as I see her at her locker. "Sofia the first" she says and I roll my eyes. "You look cute" she says and I smile as I do a little spin.

"Thank you" I say. "So I really don't want to be here" she says and I nod. "Same but I don't even know what my grades are like and can't risk it" I say and she nods. "Come with me to the game tonight ?" I ask and she smiles. "Of course" she says as she shuts her locker.

"Do you want to sit with Malia and my dad?" I ask Anna as we stare at the bleachers. "Why don't we sit over there" she says pointing to the other end of the bleachers and I shrug as I stare at the night sky. She pulls me with her to the bleachers and we take a seat as the whistle is blown and the game starts.

"COME ON STILES!!!" I yell watching as my brother is getting pushed around and trampled on. "Where's Scott?" Anna asks and I shrug as I pull out my phone to call him but he doesn't answer.

"I don't but the team needs him big time" I say and she nods as I wave to Liam as he walks onto the field. "Aren't Brett and Liam like sworn enemies?"Anna asks as they start running.

"I wouldn't put it like that but Brett is a bit of a prick when it comes to Liam" I say and she nods. "COME ON LIAM" I yell as he steals the ball from Brett and run towards the goal. Brett's team steals it back and I groan.

I'm not really a big fan of sports but I'm a supporter. "Is everything with Liam okay?" Anna asks as Liam just stands in the middle of the field.

"LIAM, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MOVE" coach yells getting Liams attention. Brett's team ends up making a goal. "That is some bull" I say as I stand up. "Sofia don't do it" Anna warns and I sit back down.

I see Liam grab the ball and I cheer as he starts dodging through everyone but somebody throws him down rough. The person takes off their helmet to reveal it's Brett.

"Go figure" I mutter as Liam gets up. "I'll have to admit Brett does look yummy" Anna says and I roll my eyes. "Focus sister, Brett is bad. He's mean to my boyfriend. We are team Liam" I say and she nods.

"Let's get out of here" Anna says as the game ends. "Maybe I should wait for Liam" I say and she nods. "Just one more thing" I say and she nods as she looks at me. "Who is the guy you like?" I ask and she sighs. "Promise you won't get mad at me and you won't tell?" She asks and I nod.

"Stiles, I like Stiles" She says and I laugh. "That's not funny"she says and I laugh harder. "You like my brother" I laugh. "It's not like I'll have a chance with him. Malia has him wrapped around her finger and I highly doubt he would ever be caught dating a Freshman" she says and I shrug.

"Only time will tell" I say and she nods as she walks off. "Call me" she says and I nod. After Anna walks off my mind instantly goes back to the important question. "Where is Scott McCall?".
