Happy Birthday! (Eleven)

You woke up to a loud bang on your door and jumped in fright. You stand up and grab a large book from your nightstand, walking over to the door quietly. Your heart was beating hard, but you were too curious about what was at your door. Was it a burglar? Was it a dog? Maybe a cat? Only one way to find out.

You open the door swiftly, the book tight in your hand ready to be swung until you saw your favorite alien on the ground, rubbing his nose.

"What are you doing on the ground?" You frowned and grabbed his hand, helping him up on his feet. He kisses your cheek and walks into your flat, a grin of mischief on his face.

"I wanted to visit you on your very happy birthday! But your door was locked and I forgot doors can do that so I ran into the door..." he trailed off. "But, I thought I'd take you anywhere you want. Past, present, future, Earth, another planet, anywhere or anytime."

You chuckled a little and shut your front door before walking up to him, wrapping your arms around him in a hug. "I just want to stay in. Maybe a small trip just to space, but nothing more. No danger today please."

"Of course, love." He kisses your forehead and pulls out a large wrapped box from out of nowhere.

"Where was this? You weren't keistering were you?" You joked, grimacing a little though. With the Doctor, you could never be too sure.

He looked flustered and blushed awkwardly. "Of course not! Pockets! Bigger on the inside!"

You laugh and give him a kiss on his lips. "I was joking, honey."

He sits down on your couch and takes your hand, pulling you into his lap. You blush and he presses a few kisses to your shoulder and the back of your neck, arms wrapped around you. "Are you going to open it?"

You nod and take the wrapping off of the large box. You lift the lid off of it and see another box.

You lift the second wrapped box out of the first and unwrap it, lifting the lid before groaning. Another box.

"Doctor..." You were beyond curious but then you notice a note on top of the third box.

You pick it up and read it.

"Don't start groaning now. -Doctor."

You roll your eyes and he laughs from behind you. "Its in the next box, I promise." He states.

You huff and open the box, and surprise! It's another box.

"You said that was it!" You hit him playfully on the shoulder.

"Ouch! Slight miscalculation." He rubbed his shoulder and you rolled your eyes before opening this box, which had a small projector inside.

You pull it out of the box and smile at the TARDIS blue color.

The Doctor reaches into his pocket and pulls out an entire sheet, making you laugh.

"You're like a circus clown, you know that?" You grin.

"I'm much better than a clown! I'm funnier." He grins. He takes a few tacks and pins the sheet up on the wall before turning off the lights. He turns on the projector and sits next to you, pulling you close to him.

Your favorite slow song started playing and a projection of different pictures you and the Doctor took of eachother showed across the white sheet he hung up. Tears gathered in your eyes as you watched, a smile on your face. There were a few of you both just smiling, some sneak pictures he took of you and vice versa, a few goofy photos, and a few pictures of different planets you both have visited.

The music slowly faded and instead there was a video. The Doctor was smiling and winked. "Happy birthday, (y/n)! I've got a little gift for you. Hah! You thought this was it, didn't you?" He grinned. You looked back at the Doctor sitting with you and gave him a questioning look until the Doctor in the film moved a little.

"I may have caused a... a small little paradox. But that's okay, we are going to fix it so nothing happens." The Doctor states. He turns the camera and you tense in shock as you seen your previous Doctor. The man you first fell in love with.

"Hello, (y/n). Happy birthday." He smirks. "I bet you're shocked, huh?" He chuckles and sighs. "I love you. I have for a while now, and I will always love you. As me or as Chinny."

"Oi!" You laugh at the offended sound that your Doctor made.

"Oh, shut it." Suddenly there's a loud crash in the background and Ten starts running around his console. "Nononononono! I still have so much to say!"

Suddenly the film goes black and you nuzzle into your Doctor's chest, a sad smile on your face.

"Are you okay, love?" He murmured, holding you closer, if possible.

"Yeah... thank you, Doctor." You lean up and kiss his cheek, lingering there for a moment.

He places a kiss on your forehead and pulls you into his lap. "He- er.. I?- Sandshoes had more to say. So much more to say." He moved a strand of hair from your face and smiled. "You are beautiful and magnificent in every way. You make my hearts whole again. His and mine. I want to take you somewhere."

You look at him curiously and he stands, hand outstretched to you. You place your hand in his and stand, smiling a little. You walk hand in hand out of your flat and down to the TARDIS, walking in. The TARDIS had streamers everywhere and a sign saying happy birthday on it.

You placed your hand on her console and heard her hum in glee. The Doctor started walking around the console and soon you both were being thrown around. When it stopped, you looked towards the doors.

"Go on." The Doctor urged. You nodded and the two of you walk to the doors, opening them.

Outside the TARDIS were two stars very close to each other. You gasped and smiled at the sight. The Doctor grins beside you.

"Alpha Centauri. Two stars that are seen as one from Earth. They're brilliant aren't they?" He smiles, holding your hand in his.

"Its... gorgeous." You can't keep your eyes off of the two stars.

"I know. But they still don't match your beauty." He grins cheekily and you roll your eyes.

"Thank you for bringing me here, Doctor." You say as you lean your head on his shoulder after a few moments of silence.

"You're welcome, babygirl. Happy birthday, again. I hope you loved it." He kisses you softly and you grin as you kiss back, your arms wrapped around him. Your Doctor.

Once you pull away, he presses a kiss to the tip of your nose.

"I brought you here to let you know something. You, (full name), make my hearts whole. You see that star?" He points at the slightly bigger and brighter one. "That's Alpha Centauri A. That one represents you and the other is me. You make my life so much brighter and make me a much better person. You're my other half, (y/n). Without you, I would be as dull as the other stars. What I'm trying to say is that I love you and I never want to lose you." He presses another kiss to your lips and you smile, pulling him closer by his bowtie.
