Chapter 11

This is Reyna's dads wolf form

When I wake up Aaron was gone. I sit up and get out of bed. I wonder where Aaron went. I didn't smell anything good. I go downstairs and after not finding him I go back upstairs and more but I still don't find him so go all the way to the top third floor. That's when I see Aaron sitting at a desk doing work. I smile and walk in. Aaron looks up at me. "Oh Reyna, your up!" Aaron said. His eyes looked tired, and he had bags under his eyes. His face was creased with stress. I frown. "I missed you this morning." I say walking over to him. He sighs as he puts his head in his hands and rubs his head. "I'm busy, I've got loads of pack work to do." He said as he looked back up at me. I was now in front of his desk. "Reyna I would like to be with you but right now I need to work." Aaron said again. I sigh. "But-" he cuts me off. "Reyna please don't make this harder." He says. I curl my lip. "Aaron I just wanna hug!" I pout. He looks up at me again. "A hug?" He repeats. I nod. I would leave him alone but I wanted a hug first. I felt bad for him, he looked really tired and stressed. I thought that if I reassured him I was here for him he would let me help him or take a rest. He stood up and I scampered into his arms. I embraced him in what I thought was a reassuring hug. His cologne drifted into my nose and I smiled. "Are you sure you don't want to rest you look like your a zombie." I say he chuckles, making me smile more. "I'm okay, thanks babe." He says he pulls away and kisses me. I kiss him back and then he sighs. "Time to work again." I sigh to. "I'll see you later then." I say I smile at him and he's about to say something when I plant a passionate kiss on his soft lips. I giggle and walk out. I decide to take a shower next. I take off my clothes and step into the warm water. After I get done I wrap myself in a towel and head out. I figured since Aaron was working so hard he wouldn't pop in and see me. I get into our room and start looking for some clean when I realize they were all dirty! I puff my cheeks and huff out a hot breath. I fall backwards on the bed and think. What was I going to do? I could ask Aaron for help but he's working and besides he might become possessive or a rage of hormones if he sees me. Then again he's going to see me eventually if I don't get some clothes. I decide to just find the washer and dryer so I could clean my clothes. Once I finally find then I put them in there and leave. After 2 hours I finally had clothes again. I fold the other clothes and put on my clean ones. I sit back down on the bed and sigh. What to do now? I decide to spy on Aaron. I tiptoe over to his office and move the door slowly I peek in and see him slaving away. He suddenly smiles. "Reyna I know your watching me." He says looking at the door. I open it and smile. "Very nice detection boss." I giggle. He raises an eyebrow at me. "Boss huh?" He smirks. I smile. "Yep." I giggle and walk over to him. "I like that." He smirks more. "Weirdo." I say before finally reaching his desk. "Reyna...." He trails off as he just keeps staring at me while smiling. "Aaron?" I ask. He snaps out of it and stands up. "Reyna I love you, you know that right?" He starts hugging me. I stand there confused as heck. Aaron was hugging me while telling me he loved me! That's odd!! "Aaron are you sure your alright?" I asked concerned. He just smiles and kisses my cheek. "I love you Reyna." He says. I stand there still confused but then I figured that Aaron hardly cuddles do I might as well soak it in. "I love you too." I say as he kisses my cheek again. "Good because I don't want anything to happen to you!" He says. This made me concerned again. "Aaron what's the matter? Are you going to leave me! Are you going to die?! Aaron don't leave me!!" I start bawling. "Reyna! No I'm not leaving and I'm definitely not gonna die any time soon.... Shhhh it's alright everything is fine." He coed as he rubbed small circle son my back. I calm down. "Good because if you ever left me I would hunt you down and kidnap you and keep you locked up so you could never leave again!!" I say narrowing my eyes at him. He smiles nervously and kisses me one last time before pulling away. "Anyways what did you come here for?" He asked. I smile. "I'm bored." I say. He smiles. "Here play with my phone, but don't delete anything!!" He warns as I walk out with his phone in my hand. I smirk oh this was gonna be fun! I jump up onto our bed and lay on my stomach. "Hmmmmm what to do?" I say as I click on Netflix. I search around for awhile until I find my childhood, Lilo and stitch. I click on it and start watching it. After crying 50 times it ends. Suddenly Aaron walks in. "Reyna are you crying?" He asks concerned. I sit up and wipe my eyes. He comes over and picks me up and hugs me like I'm a child who's had a nightmare. "I just watched Lilo and Stitch." I say as I rest my head on his shoulder. "Why do you always watch sad movies?" he asks. "Because they're good movies!" I defend. He sighs and let's go of me. "I gotta go to a pack meeting." He says. I sigh. "Well then let's get ready." I say getting off the bed to fix my face. "Reyna I don't think-" I cut him off. "Hush up I know that as the alphas mate I will probably have a role in something so I need to go with you. And besides Lily gets to go to them!" I reason. He sighs in defeat. "Fine, go get ready I'll meet you down stairs." He says getting up and leaving. I smile proudly at myself before getting ready.
We get to the meeting and many people are already there. I see Logan and Lily and smile at Lily but I don't think she notices. "Glad you decided to show up!" Logan laughs. "Damn everybody miss me!?" Aaron yells to all the guys standing around in pairs. The wolves look embarrassed, the must of freaked out when Aaron had to wait for me to get ready. "Hey, your my partner." Logan slaps Aaron's chest. I cringe slightly, sounded like it hurt. "Alright, but your going down!" Aaron replies. "Yeah, we'll see about that!" Logan answers. Aaron turns to the wolves again. "We're going outside!" He calls and they all follow Logan and Aaron out. Me and Lily run after them. Once outside they all spread out and get ready to fight one another. Logan and Aaron stand in the front to demonstrate. "I got plans, so since this meeting is only to keep our fighting skills in tact, were only going to be sparing for 20 minutes tops!" Aaron informs everyone. I claps my hands together. I wonder what going to happen. "And don't forget! We're only practicing in our human forms today! No wolves!" Logan reminds them all. "All right we'll demonstrate quick before you all start." Aaron says, he and Logan get in a fighting stance. "Okay throw me a punch!" Aaron gets ready to take Logan's hit. He punches Aaron on the chest, causing him to fly through the air and hit the ground with a thud. I cover my mouth to stop myself from screaming. "Oh man! Sorry! I didn't mean to hit you that hard!" Logan exclaims when Aaron doesn't get up right away. Aaron gets up and stretches. "Alright Logan! Let's go! We've got punching covered so let's try some close range stuff." They both take up the defensive stance again and this time when they come at each other it's almost like a hug. Then they start pushing each other and growling. I bit my lip nervously. "They actually look pissed at each other!" Lily whisper's to me. I nod never taking my eyes off of the Aaron, I was scared shitless! Suddenly Logan throws a punch, but Aaron dodges it, smirking. "Come on Logan!" Lily screams. Everyone but me, Logan and Aaron, turn to stare at Lily. Now it was Aaron's turn to throw the punch, but Logan blocks it, catching it with his hand. "Kick his ass Aaron!" I yell, finally finding my voice. Logan trips Aaron and pins him down, I hold back a gasp. They then smirk at each other like they hadn't just been after each other's throats! Logan pulls Aaron up, "I'm enjoying this!" Logan exclaims. Aaron shake's his head, "Don't be getting cocky now! Close hand combat?" He suggests. Logan nods and they take a defensive stance a third time. This time they begin throwing punches right away, about all of them being dodged by the other person. "Show him who's alpha Aaron!" I scream. He puts Logan in a headlock. "Logan you'd better not lose or i'm going be the one kicking your ass!" Lily yells. I almost wanted to glare at her but knew we both just wanted our man to win. Logan gets out and switches it so Aaron's the one trapped. "I give man I give!" Aaron says when he can't get out. "UNCLE! Now let me out! You sucker puncher" I sigh in relief. Logan let's him out and smirks. "Damn!" He rubs his shoulders. "Did I hurt you that bad!?" He asks, beginning to get worried about Aaron. "Naw, i'm good! But you totally got stronger! I was expecting the old weaker you!" He defends himself from why he lost. "It's probably from carrying Lily around for a week!" Ryder puts in his two cents from the back of the crowd of wolves watching the fierce practice. "Shut up!" I yell at him. Gosh he's so annoying. Logan and Aaron turn to them, forgetting that they were there. "Go! We demonstrated what to do!" Aaron commands the wolves. I almost got turned on by the command but control my urge. They break apart and go to watch all the pairs fighting each other, and shouting out advice to the losing wolves. Me and Lily go and make bets on who's gonna win, and cheer for our guys. "I bet Ryder's losing." Lily says to me when we get to him and his partner. I scoff "Me too." I replies, we both cheer for the other guy but sadly Ryder wins. "Ladies, your cheering for him only made me wanna fight harder to win you back on my side!" Ryder says, laying both arms cross our shoulders so he's standing between us. We both break out of his grip and walk back over to Logan and Aaron who, like us were done watching the fights. "Why arn't you guys in sports?" Lily asks, a little to loudly. The boys look at each other and burst out laughing. "We do with each other sometimes..." One of the wolves says, Lily turns around to see that everyone heard her question and were now staring at us. I felt embarrassed but was also curious on why they didn't play sports in school. "Yeah but like for school, we'd be unstoppable!" I add, going to aid lily's side. Logan turns to Aaron, "Let's show them a few sports! Shall we?" They pretend to wrestle, "It woulden't be fair to use our in human strength in sports...and there's one more little thing about wolves. Aaron, pretend to beat me." Logan says. Aaron flips Logan over and pins him down. Ryder runs over when they both stand up and pretends to be the referee, holding up Aaron's arm to signify that he was the winner. I watch in fear. What were they doing? Logan's eyes quickly turn from brown to pitch black and filled with anger. "Logan?" Lily barely squeaks out before his human form disappears and reveals a brown wolf. The wolf jumps onto a human Aaron and growls. I scream in fright but don't move, Lily does however. "Get off of him!" She stands over Aaron and pushed Logan up, he turns back human. "That's another reason! Wolves loose their tempers very easily." Aaron gets up and puts an arm around me. "Aww babe we're you scared?" He teases. I glare at him. "Wait you were all acting!?" Lily shouts in disbelief. All the guys nod like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "If she didn't know they we're acting then why did she..." I hear a wolf whispering to the guy next to him. "Why did I do what?!" Lily demands. "Get between him and Aaron!" The wolf answers. I ponder the question and answer it in my head. I would have done the same. Though I don't like to admit it, I was really scared when they were fighting. "Cause I didn't want him to hurt Aaron! Why is that so crazy!" Lily asks in a confused tone, bringing me out of my thoughts. "Lily... dear, you may not know this obvious fact, but an angry wolf sometimes does things that they may not do when their calm to people who stand in their way!" Ryder explains. I nod at his response. Assuming that it was very true. "Well I don't think that Logan would hurt me ever." Lily protests. Maybe she's right Aaron is my mate and he loves me a lot, I don't think he would ever hurt me. "He's right. I can usually control myself when it comes to you, especially if it means keeping you out of danger, but if I really was mad like that then you.... I need you to promise that you will stay away from me." Logan grips Lily's shoulders and stares into her eyes. She stares back before simply nodding. "Yeah, okay I promise." She says in a dazed state. Aaron makes me do the same. "Beside's, I just wouldn't wanna brag to everybody about how awesome I was now would I." Logan breaks the weird mood circling around the room. Lily laughs but personally if Aaron had enough rage he could take him, "Oh of course, although during school today I had to resist hitting all the girls in our grade with a stick!" Lily exclaims. I smile, glad Aaron I don't have to go. Aaron smirks, "Getting jealous are we?" He teases her. She crosses get arms across her chest. "Yes! They are all over him! I can't count how many girls asked what he likes in girls for when we broke up, or if we were fighting, or how I got him to date me, someone even asked if when we broke up she could have him! It pissed me off!" Logan smirks, but I had to agree with Lily I would be pissed off as well if girls chased after Aaron. but unite Lily I would have gotten a huge log and killed them all with it!!!! Aaron laughs. "Bitches." I mumble. "You have to admit that you would be amazing in school sports though!" Lily changes the subject back. "Oh yeah! We would destroy them! But don't worry flower, I'll wrestle with you anytime that you want!" Logan smiles. I see lily's face go red as a strawberry and she turns away from him so he doesn't see. He steps over to the other side of her so she's face to face with him, "Don't shy away. I like it when I make you blush." He teases. I smirk, sounds like Aaron. Aaron looks at the time on his phone, "Meeting adjourned!" He shouts to everyone sounding like a judge. "See ya Logan!" He says. They do another bro hug, but me and Lily do a real hug and wave goodbye. We walk back to the house and I plop down on the couch, pulling Aaron with me. "Are you done with work now?" I ask. He smiles and closes his eyes. He leans his head on my shoulder. "No I think I could take a break for a few hours or so." He says while yawning afterwards. I smile and pull him close, making his head lay in my chest. He smirks. "Soft." He says, making me blush deep deep deep red. "Y-Your such a p-pervert!" I say embarrassed but when I look down at Aaron he has his eyes closed. His face looked peaceful. I smile and run my hand through his hair until he falls asleep and me with him.
