Aaron's pov
After lily fainted in my arms I pick up a familiar scent. LOGAN! I start running toward the scent trail. Lily makes a sound and her eyes flutter open. "Logan?" She asks looking at me. I sigh and shake my head. "You alright? It's me, Aaron." She nods her head. "Yeah... Did u get a hold of Logan?" She asks meekly. I wince. "Well... sort of..." I say. She freezes, here eyes widen and then she squirms around a little. "Aaron... what happened??!" She asks. I sigh. "Lily... Logans in big trouble and he needs you right now! And you need him so that you can heal from the sickness... otherwise you could go into a comma!" I say. She stiffens again. "W-what!? Aaron what are you saying!?" She asks, tears glistening in her eyes. "Aaron tell me what's going on!" She says, her voice cracking a bit as she holds back the tears. "Lily, listen, These pain in your stomach are what we wolves call love pains, you get them when your mate is in serious danger or when your mate is upset or angered about something. Anyways because your so sick and frail and the love pains from being away from your mate could send you into shock you could go into a comma or in the extreme cases even die!" I explain. Lily gasps but then goes into a coughing fit. I feel as her whole body shakes and trembles in my arms. I have to get her to Logan as fast as I can! "I'm following Logan's scent trail right now! Hopefully we can find him soon!" I say. Lily finally stops coughing and nods. I try running faster and soon come to an old, abandon, creepy house. I look down at lily. "Can you walk from here?" I ask. She nods and I put her down as gently as I can. She goes into another coughing fit and sounds like she might puke. I wince waiting for it but she doesn't. I swoop my arm around her for support and help her walk into the old house. "Man this place is fricken creepy!" She whispers in a rumbly, raspy voice. "Damn right." I say. I lead her into the room with the strongest scent of Logan and kick the wall in frustration when I only see Logan's shirt. "Dammit!" I shout as I kick the wall. "They tricked us!" I shout. "No.... no this can't be! Aaron I thought for sure we'd find Logan by his scent trail!! What do we do now!!" She starts to freak out. I shake my head and lean my forehead against the wall. "I'm sorry lily I don't know where else to look." I say. "Oh how pitiful, you've given up already!? Pathetic Aaron... alpha? Is that what the call you? Hahahaha" I jerk my head toward the man speaking and narrow my eyes. "Hayden!" Lily exclaims. Hayden? Logan's mentioned him before... something about him being Lily's old boyfriend. Oh so he's the weirdo Logan's always worried about!? "Oh... Hayden? I've heard a little about you... Where's Logan you asshole!!" I growl and pin him against the wall. Lily gasps. "Aaron don't hurt him! He could help us to find Logan!" Lily says. I growl in annoyance. "I'm giving him one chance to fess up or he's going to have a broken bone!" I say. I was shaking in anger and tighten my grip on his shirt. "Now tell me where the hell Logan is!!" I shout at him. He smirks. "Oh so your looking for him too? Lily come on did you have to drag him in here? Last I seen, his girlfriend was being smacked around pretty hard by the red wolf... Alice mentioned him earlier so I know him... Actually Alice teamed up with him for revenge on Logan." Hayden says. Lily scowls. "Shut up! I knew she had others with her but the red wolf! Aaron that could be serious! And what's this about Reyna being 'smacked around' by this so called red wolf?" She asks. I slam Hayden against the wall harder. "Don't lie to me punk!" Lily touches my shoulder. "Aaron?" She asks concerned. I realized I was holding onto this Hayden guy with a death grip. I release him and huff out a breath. I almost lost myself there! Dammit Logan! "Sorry, I couldn't control myself... My wolf is on edge because of Reyna and Logan." I say. Lily nods and pats me before turning to Hayden. "Hayden where is Logan?!" She asks. I breathe out another shakey breath. Get a grip on yourself Aaron! "Like I said princess Alice is teamed up with the red wolf... How do you think I knew of his little girlfriend." Hayden says. I start to get a grey again and ball up my fists. Lily pushes my a little on the chest, telling me to lay off. I back off but glare at Hayden. All he does is smirk and look back at lily with mocking eyes. That damn basterd! "Just tell us where Logan is and I'll let you live!" I warn. "Aaron can you excuse us for a moment is like to talk to Hayden myself!" Lily declares. I stare at her. "No way! I'm the only. One who can protect you right now and I'm certainly not letting you out of my sight with the likes of that guy!" I say. She looks at me with a dead pan expression I sigh. "Fine but if he tries anything call me and I'll come." I say. She nods her head and leave the house to wait outside. I start pacing. Logan where the hell are you!! I pace some more. Sorry Aaron... I- I'm trying to get out of here but Alice has a few guys holding me back. Dammit these stupid pains hurt like hell!!! Aaron you have to get Lily here fast! I don't know how much longer I can fight them! I'm dying Aaron! My pains keep growing stronger! I feel like my mate is being ripped away from me, like my heart is being stabbed and ripped out of my chest. It hurts Aaron, it hurts so bad... wait I can hear someone coming. They're bringing something out... smells like... I don't know, it just smells weird and- Ow! Dammit, what is Lily doing!? It hurts Aaron! Ouch!!! It burns! I-I...I have to go!! I sigh and smile. Good, Logan was still alive. Well I guess lily isn't going insane with pain so... it's a given he's still alive. Yeah man she's alive, but I don't know how much she can endure with being sick and being separated from you! She's talking with Hayden right now, don't worry I'm keeping an eye on her.... That Hayden guy said Alice has teamed up with the red wolf! Man that's gotta be serious! Be careful, we'll find you soon! Suddenly lily comes out in a rush. "Aaron pick me up! It's all just a distraction! I know where Logan is!! Hurry up!" She rushes out before jumping into my arms. I stand there a bit confused before looking at lily. "Where am I going?" I ask. She looks at me. "Huh!? Oh sorry right, Logan's near the red wolf camp! Somewhere near by an old house or something, about 4 miles left of here." She says. I nod. "I know exactly where your talking about, hold on lily!" I warn before running off in full speed. I turn into my wolf form while lily rode on my back. I run as fast as I can until 20 minutes later I arrive at the said place. I feel a huge twist in my stomach and I scream in pain as I fall down, dropping Lily in the process. "Aaron what the hell!? What happened!!?" Lily shouted. She scurried off me as I curled up into a trembling ball. My eyes faded in and out of my wolf state. "LILY!!!" I shouted pain evident in my voice. The only thing I could think clearly about was: my mates in danger!!! I could feel myself fitting my wolf state. "I-I HAVE T-TO GO F-FIND REYNA!" I shout. Lily stares at me. I try getting up but I couldn't. "Aaron! Aaron what do I do!!?" She screams. "J-just leave!!! Go find Logan!! He's in t-the house!" I say, my voice strained at the burning sensation in my stomach. Reyna! I could feel my wolf taking over my body and I stood up suddenly focused on Reyna. I'm coming Reyna just hold on!!! I run off leaving lily by herself. Sorry lily.
