Heavenly adventure

   "Hey...what's your choice?" Rin asked. You blinked and glanced around. You were back, holding out the monkey statue, Illinois there holding out his hand and Rin there next to you.
 

  I don't want to go insane again... You thought. You paused for a moment before handing over the statue. You heard Rin let out a sigh in relief as if they knew if you didn't hand over the statue something bad would happen...you shrugged it off though.

   "All right. Thanks, buddy." Illinois said taking the statue from you. "You know, for a second there I thought that crazy joke I told you about cursed monkeys was true." He said you let out a nervous chuckle as you heard Rin let out a small sigh. "No, I've lost associates to cursed snake's, " Illnois looked into the Monkey's eyes, which started to glow red. Oh, God... You thought.

   "Cursed tigers, cursed elephants, cursed beavers." He kept going on, looking intensely looking into the monkey's eyes. You started to go panic before Illinois looked away like nothing just happened. "But cursed monkeys? That couldn't possibly be true."

   Rin shook his head and watched as Illinois put the statue on the potom. The statue started to glow. You walked closer as the light got brighter and brighter...you had to cover your eyes slightly.

   You blinked and suddenly you Rin and Illinois were walking into the bright light. It was still very blinding. Covering your eyes once more you were now outside of a temple. It was still rather bright. You noticed how there wear monkeys all over the place with...floating bananas?

   "Wow..." You heard Rin mutter. Glancing over at Rin you noticed a purple and Green hue around them. You were about to question it, but then you realized, that the floating bananas were weirder.

   Illinois pulled you at of your thoughts. "Now, I've seen a lot of animal heavens in my time," he said. God, he talked like he was this old being. "Lion heaven, dog heaven, bee heaven." He suddenly stopped and pointed at you and Rin. "Bee heaven was not a fun place." He said. "I could imagine..." Rin mumbled before starting to walk away.

   "But this? This is pretty all right." Illinois said as you started to walk away. You walked towards the monkeys who were hooting and screeching at you. One walked up to you and gave you a glowing banana to which you happily took. Your world turned bright once more leaving you to closing your eyes to try and block out the light.

  You opened your eyes when you heard Illinois speak. "Wow." He muttered. "That really was something." You noticed Rin nodded in agreement. You noticed their Purple and Green hue was gone. "Oh, you got a banana," Illinois said pulling your attention onto him. "All I got was a rock. Oh, well " he said throwing it. Rin let out a small squeak catching the rock. "Not all animal heavens can be winners."

   "I'll see you around kids," Illinois said starting to walk away. "Thanks for an adventure," Rin said softly, offering Illinois a slight smile. Illinois nodded before turning around slightly. "Oh and sorry if you fell in love with me. They always do..." He said walking away disappearing into the cave.

   Turning away you noticed how Rin was moving the Rock around in her hand. You heard a rockfall behind you causing you to turn around in a bit of a panic. Sighing when nothing was their you turned back around and saw the Rin had a diamond in his hand. "Wait...how did you-" You tried to ask but Rin cut you off. "What about the banana?" She asked.

   "Oh...right" I muttered and slowly unpeeled the banana revealing gold underneath. "Fuck..." Rin muttered and glanced from the banana to the diamond. "I know..." You agreed with Rin. Both satisfied with your finds you both started to walk towards the exit of the cave. "Next choice, don't go all crazy on us again," Rin said to you. You stopped and where about the ask before you blacked out once more.

   Opening your eyes you saw that you were floating in the black void once more. you saw a button that said
'Try Again?'
    you hesitated before you pushed it and a white light surrounded you. You heard someone whisper...before you blacked out.
