'WRONG NUMBER'

chapter eighteen

"jaden texted me back!" she says cheerfully.

"i think i need a little update. who's jaden?" i say confused.

"my crush dummy." she says, like i should know.

"sorry it's not like you tell me these things." i say to her.

"what ever." she says.

she had finished her dinner and then put her dirty dish in the sink along with all of the others that i had used for dinner. a couple minutes after i had finished my dinner and then i went over with my dirty dish and cleaned it along with all of the others.

i then went back up to my room and went on my phone and watched tv.

it was about 10:00pm when my parents had gotten home. i went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and did the rest of my night routine. after i went back into my room and daniel texted me telling me saying that we could facetime for a little. we ended up facetiming for a half hour until he had to go. i called it a night after that and went to bed, getting all warm and cozy under the blankets.

the next morning

i woke up somewhat early since i went to bed earlier than usual. i was supposed to over to gemma's at 11:30am, but it was only about 8:30am. i didn't have to get a shower and i was just going to take my hair out of the braids later so my hair would be wavy. i went downstairs and ate some breakfast.

paige wasn't up yet and my parents were both watching the news, really fun. i decided to go outside for a little because it was super nice out. after making my breakfast i went outside and sat on one of the lounge chairs by the pool. i finished my breakfast and then sat outside for a little longer.

after a little while i went back in and cleaned my dishes. i went back up to my room and watched some tv until it was 10:30am. i turned my tv off and then went into my closet.

i grabbed loose fitting white jeans and a blue saint laurent shirt that i had cropped myself. for shoes i grabbed air forces, and then added some jewelry to accessorize.

i head into my bathroom and wash my face and brush my teeth. i do a light makeup look, deodorize, and put some perfume on. i took the braids out of my hair.

after doing all that it was about 11:15ish. i decided to just head over now so we could get started a little earlier. i grabbed my phone and the bag full of some of the things that we need to film with.

i swung the backpack around my shoulder and ran down the stairs. i then left my house and started like the three minute walk over to gemma's. once i got there we began setting everything up. we finished that a half hour later and then started filming.

three hours later

a long time had passed and we had just finished filming. i took the memory card for the camera and stuck it into my bag so that i could get the footage to my macbook later for editing.

since we had been filming for a while we were both very hungry.

after eating i went home and went right to editing. i try to get it done fast so that we can upload it quicker. i had knocked out a good chunk of the video and checked my phone. it was 10:38pm. i had been editing since 5:00pm. i went downstairs and got a little snack and went back into my room.

i changed into pj's and then went to the bathroom to do my night routine and all. i went back into my room and hopped into bed. i went on my phone for a little while and daniel and i ended up facetiming for a while.

i had checked the time a noticed it was really late and hung up with daniel and then went to bed because i was super tired.

a/n --- just wanna apologize now for how boring this chapter is. i'm sorry lol

the next day

i woke up the next morning really excited because we were leaving tonight. i woke up later than usual because me and daniel were facetiming for a while last night.

i hopped in the shower and did my usual routine when i got out. i blew my hair dry and put it into a high pony. i went to my closet and picked out an outfit. i picked out a more chill outfit because of being in the car for a couple hours later, and i wasn't doing anything else today.

i slipped on some shoes then went back into my bathroom to get all of my toiletries. i grabbed a bag to put everything into. when i was done putting everything in it then shoved the bag into my suitcase.

four hours later

we were shoving the last of our luggage into the trunk of my car. we all said goodbye to our parents and then we got into the car and we left.
