XIX

• Storm With Skin •

Amphitrite struggled against Kylo's iron grip as she tried to break free. They were outside now, among the fierce winter storm. "I told you to stay inside." Kylo hissed, finally loosening his grip on her cloak, Enough for her to break free. "You are disobeying me by coming out here. Do you understand?" "No." Amphitrite sneered. "No I don't understand." She added, blue eyes glaring at him. "All this time you've been lying to me, haven't you?" Kylo froze, caught in his lie by the girl he had been trying to hoodwink. "Everything I did was to protect you." Kylo snapped. Amphitrite drew in a deep breath and in one swift movement of her arms she was able to put the winter storm on pause, suspending snowflakes and ice in mid air. It was quite the sight. The winds of the storm suddenly became still and even Kylo was impressed. This one girl, this one small girl, was able to stop a winter blizzard with her bare hands. She stood in a position like a man on a cross, arms outstretched in either direction, palms flexed out, and feet on her tip toes. She opened her eyes to look at him as she held the storm at bay. "Protect me?" She hissed. "I hope I have made it perfectly clear I don't need your protection." She added, ocean blue eyes glaring daggers at him. "And that's not even true, is it? You've been lying to me, Kylo Ren. Right from the start. And now you are going to listen to me for a change, we are going to go back to the base and you are going to tell me everything you have been lying to me about. I'm tired of being fooled and I'm tired of being tricked. You will explain yourself to me or else you'll see what I am truly capable of." Kylo Ren was slightly unnerved by this girl but he wouldn't let her put fear in his heart. He knew Amphitrite inside and out, he refused to be afraid of her. She was just a girl, he had to remind himself of that. He scoffed. "You are just one small girl. What can you possibly be capable of that is enough to stop me?" He taunted. A mistake. Amphitrite moved her hands again, freeing the storm from her arms for only a mear second. The ice and snow was still in her control and with one swift breath she was able to sharpen it into daggers of ice. She moved her hand and the ice soared, nearly missing Kylo Ren and instead impaling the side of a building. She glared at him as she allowed snow to started falling once more and the blizzard resumed. "I am not just a small girl." She seethed, power dripping from her words. "I am a storm with skin."

Kylo Ren pressed his helm into the tray of the ashes of his many kills. "You have disobeyed me, Snowflake. You must think yourself very brave for standing up to me like that." He hissed, naked bare voice growling at her without the adaptions of the vocoder of his mask. Amphitrite scowled up at him. "I don't care what you think of me." She replied. "I want to know the truth." "And why? Because you were talking with some rebel scum that seemed oh so trust worthy to you?" Amphitrite scoffed. "That 'rebel scum' is my sister." Kylo froze. "Your what?" "You heard me, my sister." Kylo glared down at her, he didn't know what to say, he was beyond furious with her. His leather gloved hands clench into firsts. "You should have stayed here like I told you to." He growled. "Why? So you could lie to me? I've spent years with you, you told me hide from the people out there because they were 'dangerous' when really I should have been hiding from you." Amphitrite could sense his anger with her and she was just as furious. If there was one thing she hated it was being lied to. "How many?" She asked. "How many people have you mercilessly killed? My parents were killed by the first order... did you-" "stop." Kylo said in almost a warning tone. "Why? Are you uncomfortable?" Amphitrite seethed. "If you were honest with me from the start maybe you wouldn't be so furious right now. It's because of people like you that my family is gone and this whole planet now lives in fear. You made me believe we were the good guys. I trusted you, Kylo. I should have known better. You're a monster." This time Kylo finally snapped. He could only take so much talk back. He stepped over to Amphitrite, taking quick strides with his long legs. He quickly had her pinned to the metallic wall, leather gloved hand around her neck. "Yes I am, snowflake." He breathed against her ear and a shiver went down her spine. He pressed his knee between her thighs and pressed his body against hers, his scent and warmth engulfing Amphitrite as she was held mercilessly by Kylo Ren against the cold wall. "Who do you think gave the order to have the king and queen killed?" He asked tauntingly. "It just makes you more mine, you have no one else to run to but me." He said as he began to move his hips against hers, letting her feel just how much he desired her. "And as for that sister of yours I believe I have to finish the job now, seeing as how I missed one. I should have known, giving the order of their asination to General Hux would result in a miss calculation." "H-Hux?" Amphitrite stuttered against him, his hand tightened around her neck the second she spoke. "Yes snowflake, he's the one who killed them." Amphitrite couldn't believe what she was hearing. "But it doesn't matter anymore. I'm going to kill that 'sister' of yours. You will permanently be mine, there will be no one else for you to belong to other then me. You will be mine." He moved his hips against hers harder and loosened his hand around her neck as he ripped her cloak from her. "Now tell me who you belong to." He demanded her. She didn't reply and Ren latched his lips onto her neck, biting her harshly when she didn't respond. Amphitrite shut her eyes tight as she cried out. "You!" She finally said and he removed his teeth from her skin, replacing it with his tongue to soothe the bite mark on her skin. "And who do you want to be with? To hold you? To take you? To love you? To worship you?" Amphitrite paused, taking in a deep breath as she tried to steady herself from the rush of several emotions going through her all at one time. "You."
