Narrator pov

Ava wasn't feeling well

Everywhere she went she felt as if this bad spirit; negativity was following her

It got worst at night, miles was involved sometimes, but she shook it off

She knew she shouldn't have because it was technically her letting it think it's okay to be negative towards her

She didn't know what this thing was and she didn't know why her big sister wasn't experiencing the same thing as her

"Ava, what's going on with you? you've been jumpy" Nicole said "I'm-m fine? I'm good" Ava said; not being sure with herself

Miles walked she past the 2 girls

He was going for another horse ride of the day

"And what's going on with miles? He's been riding on that horse all day" Nicole said and Ava shrugged

When miles rode the horse it help him feel better, it helped him breathe in the fresh air

It helped him relax

Ava on the other hand had nothing to calm or relax her, everything was falling apart for her

She didn't know if she could take living here anymore

She was ready to tell Nicole about the horrible events that went on while everyone was asleep

Later that night

Ava had finally put flora to sleep after 30 minutes

She sighed while walking into her room

She laid down and closed her eyes

Soon she went into a deep sleep

Too deep for her to not even hear the thuds that came from miles room

Ava eyes shot open

But in her dream

She sat in the middle of the horse riding field, it was dark and empty

She looked around to see a dark shadow; the shadow that scares her every time it appears

She got up and ran, to what she thought was the way back into the house

She ran into a maze of bushes; tall bushes

She kept running while looking back, the shadow never lost her

It was like a never ending dream she wanted to get rid of but it wouldn't let her

She was stuck in the dream

She couldn't try to wake herself up or else this shadow was going to reach her

She didn't know what will happen if it did reach her but she surely didn't want to find out what will happen

She started to stumble while she ran

She cried for help but she was just getting farther from the house

It was getting worst by the minute; she wanted everything to be over at this point, she didn't feel like things were going to get better at this point, she thought it was all going to get worst

She was going to cry until this was all over, but it never failed to let her go, it wanted her, it wanted to get into her mind like it did to miles

She didn't want that to happen, she didnt want to her hurt her family, she didn't want to hurt anyone

She just wanted to have a normal life

She soon fell out due to yelling, running and crying

"Ava" she heard but her eyes remained closed

"Aves!" She heard and her eyes shot open to see her on the horse riding field

The sun was out, the day was warm, flora and nic was above the girl confused to why she was on the ground

"What happen?" Ava asked while standing up "you tell us, we didn't find you in your room, so we came out here and found you" Nicole explained and Ava shivered

"Nic, we have to leave" Ava said and Nicole furrowed her eyebrow

"No we have to stay, I don't have enough money to leave for a house yet" Nicole said "at mom and dads, miles and flor can sleep in the basement, no-flor can sleep with me and I'll give miles the blow up mattress" Ava rambled

She didn't want to stay any longer, she was getting freaked out about everything that was happening, she couldn't stay any longer

"Av-" Ava cut her sister off "I'm serious, nic, this place is dangerous, we all don't even know how the fuck i got out here-all I know is that this place is madly haunted and this thing is coming after me" Ava said

"Haunted? Ava do you hear yourself" Nicole said with a laugh "no do you hear yourself, you found me outside on the ground, do you think I would normally do that?" Ava yelled and flora sighed while looking away

"Sorry, flor" Ava said while calming down

"Fine, I'll find us a close hotel and we'll work our way up to my new house" Nicole said and Ava was now confused "why can't we go home, I haven't saw my house it fucking forever" Ava said "fine...we'll go home" she said and Ava smiled and nodded repeatedly

She felt so happy to go home

But little did she know it was going to be way harder to get home
