Dabi opened his eyes to the sight of Izuku in his arms. He was confused, sleepy, and not sure how this even happened. Hawks was hugging him from behind. Izuku was in front of him. Tomura was sleeping soundly hugging Izuku on the other side. And Shouto was hugging Tomura from behind. To top it all off, two wings covered them like blankets.
The sun shone through the trees, blinding Dabi. He wasn't sure what happened to his sunglasses. Hell, he didn't even know how they all ended up like this. All he knew was that his entire body hurt and they somehow managed to save the world from total destruction. Was this a happy ending?
"Dabi? You're awake?" Izuku's eyes fluttered open and he looked over his shoulder to Dabi. "Do you think you could, maybe, let me go?"
The demon looked down at their position and immediately released his grasp on Izuku. "Sorry," he mumbled. The angel gently got out from between Dabi and Tomura then stood up to stretch. Tomura, feeling a bit cold now, scooted closer to Dabi and clung to him. Shouto opened his eyes. He sat up and stretched, then hid his wings as they weren't needed anymore.
"I'll....use lotion...if you..." Tomura mumbled, nuzzling up against Dabi's chest. Dabi didn't know what kind of dream this guy was having but he didn't want to know either. Tomura shifted shoving his leg in-between Dabi's.
"This is payback for last time, isn't it?" Dabi looked to Izuku for help. The angel whistled and avoided his gaze, pretending he saw nothing.
Hawks shoved his face in the crook of Dabi's neck. "Eating...chicken...isn't...cannibalism..." he muttered, nibbling on Dabi.
"Angel, please help me," Dabi begged.
"I think it's kind of cute," Izuku giggled.
"If you don't stop them, they might actually do something to him," Shouto whispered into Izuku's ear. "Like this..." he muttered things. "Or that..." he muttered some more things. Izuku went pale.
"Nope, not allowed," Izuku grabbed Dabi's arm and pulled him up out of the grasp of those two. "How are you feeling?" he asked after Dabi had fallen into his arms.
"Not as bad as I thought I would be. We better be getting back though."
"Back? To where?" Izuku blinked, trying to remember.
"Your bookstore."
"Kacchan!" Izuku dropped Dabi, revealed his wings, and flew off. "He better not have damaged any of them!" he panicked as he flew away. Dabi groaned. Shouto stifled a laugh.
...
"Damn nerd, you were gone way too fucking long!" Bakugo crossed his arms. "Do you know how miserable this place is? And I thought desk work was bad!"
"You look like you had a nice time though," Izuku giggled. Bakugo was leaning up against the wall with a redheaded demon resting on his lap. Hm, red hair must be a thing angels like. Even if Izuku preferred Dabi with his normal demon appearance.
"What's going on?" the demon yawned and opened his eyes. "Bakubro, why are you yelling?"
"I'm the owner of this shop. My name is Izuku," he introduced himself.
"Nice to meet'cha. I'm Eijirou," he smiled back with his shark-like teeth. The points reminded Izuku of Dabi's fangs and suddenly the angel was lonely.
"I heard you stopped the apocalypse, damn Deku," Bakugo growled. "Good for you but now angels are gonna be after your sorry ass. God is fucking pissed!"
"Really?" Izuku's face dropped at those words. He looked at his feet. All he wanted to do was save the planet and the people he cared about, nothing big.
