- some spicey content towards the end -

"What is going on?" was the only question Dabi could mutter. He was in some sort of dungeon room in the basement. His wrists were shackled to the wall and no matter how much he tried to escape, it was futile. Tomura and Kai smirked at him.

"You keep getting yourself into trouble," Tomura began.

"So we thought we'd teach you a lesson by holding you captive," Kai finished. Dabi shivered. He was half-naked and the wall wasn't warm in the slightest.

"What if I promise never to do it again?"

"We might forgive you," Tomura snickered. "Maybe."

"But you'll still have to undergo punishment first," Kai winked.

"How did you even get a room like this?" Dabi looked around. It was a typical dungeon style. Dreary and cold. So cold.

"I made it," he shrugged. "Apparently I can break down and rebuild things now."

"We both have touch-related abilities, isn't that sweet?" Tomura laughed.

"At first I thought I could only break down and restore it to its original form," Kai picked up a rock in his hand. It turned to dust and then returned to its original rock form. "But actually I can alter it too." He destroyed the rock again, rebuilding it with a little happy face as an example.

"Wait a minute, doesn't that mean you could..." Dabi didn't want to say it but Tomura immediately understood where he was coming from.

"You could heal his scars..."

"There isn't enough of your normal skin left. I'd have to destroy entire pieces of you otherwise the scarred tissue would just come back once I rebuild it. It would be excruciatingly painful. I also haven't used this on a person so I don't know if I'd have the skill for it yet. You could end up horribly disfigured. People are a lot more complex than rocks or inanimate objects."

"You can practice on me," Tomura pointed to himself. "I have more than enough small scars." He took off his shirt. There were no marks immediately, but once he stopped altering what he looked like dozens of them appeared. Burn marks. Stab wounds healed over. Bullet scars. And then, the massive burn left by Enji during their fight to save the world. Dabi's mouth dropped from his shock. So many things happened to Tomura that he never even knew about.

"You can also fix my chapped face, I guess," he shrugged. "But don't do anything to the scars there. They serve as a reminder not to trust people," his eyes narrowed as he remembered how he got them.

"I won't be able to call you skincare anymore if I fix your face," Kai pouted slightly.

"There ain't nothing to fix about his face. Chapstick is beautiful just the way he is," Dabi grumbled.

"You both are a bunch of bitches," Tomura shook his head.

Kai reached out to touch one of his smaller scars. Tomura winced but the scar disappeared. That wasn't so bad, yet. His reactions steadily got worse and worse as Kai tried to remedy the bigger scars.

"I'm sorry," he apologized. "Do you want to stop?"

"This isn't giving me any hope for my turn," Dabi laughed a bit nervously.

"Don't worry about how I'm reacting just get your practice over with," Tomura snapped. As Kai continued he was able to make it more precise. The pain only lasted an instant because he didn't need as much time to rebuild as he did before. When he was finally finished, Tomura curled up into a ball and sat on the floor. Being destroyed and rebuilt over and over. The pain lingered in areas from his brain not understanding what took place.
