WARNING: Mention of Death.

As soon as Juice returned to the clubhouse, he briefly checked in with Pixie to see how she was getting on and asking if she could prepare some snacks for him before he dived into hunting the databases searching for anything that could connect the attack on Tristen with Darby's gang of bastards. Not wanting to wait much longer, Tig and Bobby elected to go looking for Darby around Charming, taking the traditional route for hunting somebody down. Before leaving, Tig had made sure to find Pixie in the garage and make sure she was alright. Pixie found herself blushing as she thought about how Tig had put his hands on her hips as he'd come up behind her whilst she'd been inspecting a faulty car engine. He'd leaned in close, putting his head close to hers to see what she'd been looking at, and the contact had caused Pixie to melt a little, leaning into the touch and inhaling his spicy aftershave scent. Pixie knew definite feelings were developing and she was interested to see how they progressed, but for now, she had garage work to do and a serious task set by Clay that she knew she had to try and prepare herself for if she wanted a future at the club and to be able to protect the poor girl who'd been attacked and any other girls from suffering the same fate in the future. With this spectrum of emotions swirling inside of her, Pixie continued working in the garage, trying to make up for the lack of manpower since most of the Sons were dispatched elsewhere and to keep herself occupied so she wouldn't spiral. The other mechanics were keeping their heads down and staying out from under Clay's feet, sensing he was on the warpath, so Pixie didn't really have anyone to talk to in order to distract herself further which wasn't great, and she had half a mind to go sit with Juice, but didn't want to disturb him. She instead starting sifting and sorting through her overcrowded mind as she changed a spark plug and began to clean a faulty carburettor. Pixie was itching to go on a ride and work through everything by doing what she did best, but knowing that wasn't an option, she resorted to keeping her hands busy.

Pixie was so deep into her mind; she practically jumped out of her skin and smacked her left hand on the raised bonnet lid of the Toyota car engine she was working on when a deep voice greeted her with a "Yo" right beside her. Pixie cursed in surprise as she whipped around to glare at Bobby, her right hand curled into a fist as she shook out her left. Bobby's eyebrows raised at Pixie's volatile reaction as he stood there holding his helmet by its straps after just returning from his search.

"You okay, little lady? I can practically hear the cogs turnin' in your head." He asked her, his voice mildly concerned as Pixie rubbed the back of her stinging left hand, she couldn't help but see the similarity with the earlier conversation she'd had with Tig and it made her smile to herself as she thought of him again. Bobby ran a hand over his grey curly mane to brush it out of his face, giving Pixie a little more space to calm down.

"Yeah, you just caught me by surprise. For a big fella, you move quietly." She commented with a cheeky grin, rolling her shoulders to get rid of any residual tension, seeing no threat and feeling glad Bobby had come to chat to her. She didn't know much about him, but she liked his calm, almost hippie-like vibe and how logical he was.

Bobby rolled his eyes at the playful dig and gave Pixie a gentle swat to her shoulder. "Knock it off and come talk to us about the clown you saw." He instructed, though Bobby's voice was humoured and remained friendly as he gestured out of the garage and took a step away from the car.

Pixie nodded and followed after him, wiping the engine grease off of her hands with a rag before she tossed it onto a workbench. She had to do a little jog to catch up with Bobby as he started making his way across the lot, then slowing to fall into step with him as they walked away from the garage bays. "Are you okay? Find Darby yet?" Pixie chirruped, deciding now would be a good time to check-in and make sure Bobby was okay.
