Now it was John's turn, he pushed Thomas away, him running into a short woman. Maybe in her 20's?
Thomas immediately started to flirt with her, his attention leaving from Alexander. John scoffed, rolling his brown eyes.
"Now he just goes off to someone else? Jesus, this guy." Alexander heard him say. He had just noticed this but, they were off the docks. Their friends hurrying over to a large building that a few people scurried at as well. There were palm trees everywhere, their leaves sputtering out like a sprinkler. Hundreds of people crowded the beaches, streets, even buildings. Such a populated place.
Alexander wasn't exactly what'd you call a people person, although he wouldn't mind singing on a stage with thousands of people watching.

"How many rooms again, Ma'am?" the receptionist blankly stared at Angelica. Angelica had already told her twice, how many rooms she wanted to rent. Alexander guessed it was because one person, was renting four rooms. One, person.
"Alright then Ma'am, rooms', 276, fourth floor, is open." the girl said as soon as Angelica repeated what she had been saying.
"Is two beds alright?"
"Yep," she'd look at Peggy. "Peggy, you and I will be sharing." her sister nodded, making Angelica turn back to the lady.

"Alright! This is your room, Alex!" she handed him the card to insert in the door. "It's a two-bed, so, John, go ahead." he just looked at her awkwardly, awaiting for Alex to open it. When Angelica disappeared, John gently took the card from Alex.
"Will It be weird?" he asked, when his eyes flickered up at him.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, I mean, sleeping in a room together?" nothing really seemed to happen after their kiss, which John had been kind of upset about, but he couldn't rush this relationship.
"Why would that be weird to me?" Alexander smiled, his teeth glimmering as it was the whitest color he had seen. In a good way.
John flushed, it seemed like everything Alexander did make him blush more than he's ever done.
"Well, I just wanted to make sure you were comfortable with this."
"I am, what about you?"
"Me too." they gazed at each other for a moment. John placed the card in the scanner, the door opening with a 'click'. It was as normal as any hotel, a bathroom to the right of the front door, beds' lay farther in the room. Paintings, chair, closet, flat screen tv, coffee maker, and, to top it all off, a desk. A plant lay next to the desk as well. Everything was neatly placed, everything.
"Which bed do you want?" John held the door open with his arm, letting Alex step inside.
"Oh, I'll have the one closest to the windows." he'd whip around to face John, looking like he didn't mean to say it. "If, that's alright with you."
It was cute.
John nodded. "Take it." he'd smirk at him, walking inside and shutting the door gently.

It was the next day, joyful screams sounded out the window once more. The hotel they were staying in was located next to Varadero beach, so, that's great. Alexander lay in his bed, pulling up his covers as the sun poured into the room.
He heard the skids of feet touch the floor. Alexander suddenly felt his insides burst, he'd groan, his head thumping like it hit something with such force. John appeared in his vision, his face showing signs of worry.
"Are you alright Alexander? You don't look so good." his hand gently touched his forehead. Alexander glistened, as the soft touch sent tingles down his spine. As soon as it was taken away, the warmness that filled him fell out of his grasp.
"You're pretty warm, how do you feel?"
"Like, crap." Alexander's voice was rough, like rocks scraped against his tongue. John frowned.
"Hold on there, I'll call the others, say that we can't go to the beach today." he pulled away from the bed, Alexander assuming he was reaching for his phone.
"We?" Alexander turned on his left side to have a sight. The ring of a phone began to play, John's fingers' were wrapped around a phone with a simple black case, holding it up to his ear.
"You can't stay here alone." he answered, awaiting for the someone to pick up the phone.
"I'll be," he paused, breathing. "fine."
"I insist." that kept him quiet, the caring vibe John gave off making Alexander smile from ear to ear.
"Angelica? Yes, hi." a moment. "Alex isn't feeling well, I'm gonna take care of him. We'll see you tomorrow." Angelica must've said something, because the next thing Alexander knew, John was blushing. His face covered in the color red.
"Shut the hell up!" He'd whisper-yell, ending the call.

His phone made a 'clack' as it hit the nightstand, his brows furrowed. He'd stare down at his feet before sighing, and glancing at the young man.
"Are you hungry?" he asked, like everything that just happened didn't even happen. Alexander stared at him blankly.
"Um.. Yes?" he'd respond. John nodded, slipping off his bed, taking the keycard, then left with a goodbye out the door. "I'll be back in a few!" a distinct voice coiled out in the hallway. Alexander shrugged, knowing he only left so soon because of the unexpecting answer Angelica used.

Alexander's P.O.V

When John came back, he held a warm bowl of soup. I sat at the foot of the huge window, watching the people outside fly up and down from the waves that hit them. There were a few gray clouds in the area, but they all didn't think of it too much, as it looked like three thousand people ran around down there.
"What're you thinking about?" I heard his footsteps, my chair twisted as my head turned to watch him place down the bowl on the desk. The wheels on my chair inched, as I pulled closer to the table.
"Nothing much." I replied, taking the spoon that lay inside. I refused to let my eyes wander over to this man I met, two weeks ago, yet my feelings grew stronger everyday for him. He'd gaze at me for a moment, I could tell by the corner of my eye. He'd heave a sigh, opening the closet that stood next to the bathroom.
"I'm gonna take a shower." he'd pull out a few clothes. "Holler if you need help, okay?" John smiled at me, which melted my heart just a little. I made my sight watch him walk into the bathroom, my heart a flutter.

It made me think, did he actually like me? Or did he kiss me back just for the fun of it? He doesn't seem like that kind of guy, but, it just caught me by attention. I'll have to be discreet. I heard the sound of water splash, reminding me to eat before I sleep in my own drool.

When John came out, I didn't quite move. My chair was pushed back to the way it was before, my eyes leaning outside. I turn to look for a second and..
His hair was in a low pony tail, strands of hair falling out as it was a bit sloppy. Water droplets slid down his hair, making him look like some handsome Disney character. The only thing he wore was a white towel around his waist.
I noticed my stare, quickly gazing back outside, hoping by god he didn't notice. I heard his chuckle, which made my heart almost burst out of my chest.
