December 23rd, 10:43.

He'd walk out the front door, John waiting outside for him. John didn't have a car, his roommate did, but he wouldn't let John use it. So they had to walk, but, it wasn't far. Farther than the resturant they went to, but not far.
"Hey, what's up?" John asked, as soon as Alexander stood by his side. The two started walking down the sidewalk, the street was quiet, except a dog barking in the distance.
"I need help." he'd breathe. John looked at him questionably.
"What's going on, Alex?"
Alexander blinked at him for a moment. Before confessing.
"Yesterday morning, Eliza asked me out on a date." John smiled at him, the smile saying 'Congrats.'
"Yeah, the thing is, I'm not interested."
"Did you say yes?" John checked.
"I might've."
"Alex!"
"What?" he'd defend, staring at his friend.
"If you don't like her, then don't go for it." John pestered. His brown eyes flashed with annoyance.
"I would have, but I couldn't do that to her." He'd pause. "It's not that big of a deal."
"Lafayette told me you're like this way with every woman." John addressed. Alexander blinked at him.
"What?"
"Yeah, would you consider guys?"
"I, don't know. I've never thought about it." Alexander shrugged, feeling a bit embarrassed.
"Maybe your asexual."
"I don't think so. I keep catching myself stare at some guys, I don't wanna believe it." his eyes widened as soon as he realized what he had done.
"I'm sorry, I'm piling this all on you."
"No, it's alright. I'm actually glad you are." Alexander gazed at him questionably. "It means you trust me. The boys also said you have trust issues, which I get."

John smiled at him, before he started walking a bit faster.
"Come on, we wanna beat rush hour." Alexander laughed, following him.

He'd slip, falling on his butt. He threw his head back, laughing. John skated up to him, his legs wobbling as he clearly didn't know how to skate much either. He'd hold his hand out, Alexander taking it. He got pulled up, already he began to slip again. People skated past them, even kids were better than them. The roof held chandeliers, and a disco ball. In case anyone wanted a disco party. A huge Christmas tree was in the middle of the ice rink, it had ornaments, lights, everything! Even presents under it. The two boys' held each other's hands, laughing their heads off as every now and then they'd fall together. As they kept spinning uncontrollably, a skater zipped past Alexander. Hitting him in the arm, he'd fall, his eyes shutting tight.
"Hey!" John yelled after the person, narrowing his eyes at them before helping Alexander up.
"You alright?" he'd ask, a worried look on his face.
"Yeah.." he'd say with a grunt, slowly rising to his feet. John surveyed the room, looking as if he was thinking of something.
"I know, come on let's leave."
"Huh?"
"Let's leave." John answered quickly, taking Alexander's wrist and pulling him aside.
"We don't have to leave cause of me." Alexander reported.
"It wasn't cause of you." John peered over his shoulder, glancing at Alexander before he kept going. "Don't worry, we'll be going somewhere else you may like."

2:30 PM.

"The bar?" Alexander grinned, about to laugh. John nodded, reaching for Alexander's hand. He led him towards two stools. They sat.
"This place is a bit old fashined." John stated.
"How you mean?" He'd question.
"Wooden bottles, barels, old fashined music like they did years before."
"Really?"
"Yeah, it actually makes me wanna live in those times." John stopped himself, snickering. "Never mind, I probably sound crazy, since it WAS crazy in those times." the bartender set down a beer in front of John. John grabbed the handle of the cup, drinking.
"Nah, in fact. I'd like to see those times as well. Horses everywhere, carriages, letters, old pianos. Hell, even the crimes pulled back then." John nodded slowly, his drink hitting the bar table with a 'clack'.
"Y'know what?" John commented. "You're probably the first friend who actually gets me." his right hand held the handle to his beer safely, while his left hand fell upon Alexander's shoulder.
"I met you just two days ago. But, it feels like I've known you for what? Three years?"
"You're just saying that cause you're drunk." Alex scoffed.
John shook his head. "I've only had one. Am I acting drunk?"
"Nah, not yet. I feel the same believe it or not." the bartender served Alexander's drink.

Alexander lift up his drink taking a sip.
"Ah, I'll believe it." John chuckled. "We'll only take a few drinks, I don't wanna regret everything."

4:40 PM.

He'd wave goodbye to John, a smile spreading across his cheeks. "Thanks for taking me out and about John, I had a good time."
"So did I. Now go get ready for your date." John called back, his left arm waving in the air. Alexander closed the door, sighing with such exaggeration.
"God, how am I gonna pull this off.."

The two sat at a booth, where nobody could really see them. As there was a wall blocking the corner. Alexander wore a plaid shirt with ripped jeans. While Eliza wore a floral dress, her hair was braided, while some strands in the front of her face stuck out.
His hair was just as simple as always, in a low ponytail.
They had already ordered their food, that was being prepared. Along with drinks, they both got water.
"How was hanging out with John?" Eliza sounded, breaking the silence. She picked up her water, taking a small drink. Alexander shuddered at the thought he'd be here for the next hour or so.
"Awesome! I already feel like I know all about him." He'd answer enthusiastically. Eliza's eyes shot down towards her shoes, looking as if she was afraid of something.

"Alexander, you're not.. interested in John.. Are you?" she'd ask, looking up from her eyeslashes.
He'd blink, restating the words in his brain.
"You mean, like him more as a friend?"
"Yeah.."
"No, don't think so." he'd say, shrugging.
"Ah, good. John's into guys', so I just assumed.." She'd state, her hands wrapping around each other in a tight ball.
"He's into guys? Since when?" Alexander questioned.
"He's always been, yes he was with that girl.. Martha. But she was a cover up. Only us Schuyler sisters' know." Eliza revealed. "Well, he's into guys and women, but he leans a lot more towards guys. He says they're easier to be trusted. Even though he tells me literally anything. Ah, who am I to know, I guess it's because we've been friends for over four years now."
"How'd you find out?" Alexander asked, amused.
"Well," she'd rub her left arm nervously. "Before I met you, at King's College.. I was and still am, best friends with John." Eliza started, nervously laughing at every chance she got. "At one point, we were so good of friends, that I started having feelings for him. It didn't turn out great..."
