Part 44: His name is Luke

CEIL

(Ping) (grabs phone out of his pocket)

(Ping)

(Ping)

(Answers phone)

Unknown??: (girl) "we have to come over today to discuss further plans for the girl and you too"

Ceil: "no the plan was to just let me take her off your hands and I have, so there is no need"

Unknown??: (girl) well that change when your decided you wanted to become stronger  so you now work for us in anyway we need" (hangs the phone up)

Got damnit! (Throws phone across the room)

I can't let them do what they want to my Shayla, only I can do what I want with her!

I remove myself from the living room and head up to the room Shayla is in.

I open the door and walk over to her sleeping with dried tears down her face and her braids splattered all over the pillow.  I gently shake her and call out her name.

Her eyes spring alive and she recognizes me and smacks my hand away.

"Leave me the fuck alone" she says and turns her body the other way not facing me.

"I need you to put some clothes on Shayla"
She turns her head towards me, "what for?" She questions.
"Some people are coming over for dinner" I tell her, she eyes widens. "What more people like you, cruel people, people to take you away from your friends and family, and try to force you to love them" she then rolls her eyes.
"Just get dress and please maintain not having an attitude tonight" I take a seat on the bed and she walks to the closet in the room.
"Uhh excuse me sir! Get out!" She yells at me and I stay where I am.
"No" I mumbled.
"Well I'm not bout to change in front of a creature who rapes a person over a very fuck up idea" she looks into my eyes and I see tears threatening to escape. I groan and begin to walk towards the room door. "Shayla I'm doing what's best for us, you need to understand that I love you and will start our lives even when you don't want to, but all you really need is a little push. I will show you, and you will come back to love me" I say with all seriousness in my voice and she just stands there appalled, I continue to walk out the room.

I go downstairs an wait for the mastermind of this whole operation and his annoying whore.

SHAYLA

I slowly look through the clothes and I find a pair of leggings and a shirt that happens to be in my size. Once I have gotten the clothes on I open the door to the room and creep down stairs but as I got closer I heard voices of two people and Ceil, they seem like they weren't paying attention to me but the cover was blown as the last step creaked loudly. They all look my way. A thought ran across my mind.

How did they get in here ? Because last time I checked there were no exits.

My head turned to the girl in the room and I thought she was familiar but wasn't sure where. And the next was the man with blue eyes, tall, he seemed he had power.

"It's about time you make a horrible appearance!" Oh now I recognize who she is as the bitch I meet back at the restaurant.
"Did I ask you to speak?" The unknown man to me, speaks to the only bitch in the room, as soon as the words leave his mouth hers shut close.

That'll teach her

He turns his burning glaze to me but I don't move under his watch, instead I stand my ground with my own stare. He steps closer to me and I see Ceil reach out his hand out the corner of my eye.
"Lu-" Ceil begins. "Don't worry I'm just examining up close...." he gets closer to me, we are a foot apart, "wondering what has Hunter's mind so occupied on.." he begins walking around  me, looking at all my features , I stay where I am.
He comes back around to stand in front of me. " she has a very strong nice smell.." he pauses, " you said you wanted a family with her?" He directs to Ceil but without making contact with him.
"Yes I did"
"have you planted the seed?"
"I did" Ceil comes to my side and I hear the bitch groan as she sits on the couch.
"You need to turn her as soon as she hits the third month of pregnancy, because she won't survive the last trimester or the birth" Ceil just nods but this is where I have a fucking say.
"Hold up I'm not getting pregnant and this.." I point to Ceil, "motherfucker is not about to turn me either and your fucking dumbass, need to not give him any ideas or-" it happened so quickly, my words are stop as he grips my throat with one hand, My hands immediately go to the hand that grips my throat to try and pry it off my skin but it doesn't budge not even with all the strength in my body. Ceil grips his arm and pull, my body falls as I gasp for air and I cough violently. " you said as long as I have her you wouldn't touch her, Luke " Ceil exclaims at the man, who just threatened my life, and person I just found out who's name is Luke.
" I didn't care, she has a bad mouth and  if I felt laying hands then I would because I gave you the monster you have, I own you"
"And I was the one to take her off your hands for you"Ceil glares at Luke
" I would kill her now and won't give a shit for your feelings to her"
" but you won't because it would disturb your plan on taking the alpha title, Hunter would find out his mate his dead and wouldn't feel the need to care for anything else but then you still wouldn't get the title, because his dad will stand before anyone could even think about you, the Beta, having such a title" Luke's nostrils flare
" The war will come and you will participate in because you are under us and after that who knows what will happen to her" Luke points at me

"Lets go Hailey!" He yells at her and she digs in her pocket pulling out a marble and crushing it and they disappear with smoke in the area.

HUNTER

I walk around the pack settlement and greeting pack members I haven't seen in a long time but my mind stays occupied on the girl I'm longing to be reconnected with. I need to rely on Olivia's visions to give me the location and the constant other pack members looking around Alaska for her.

I was about to turn the corner when I heard voices and I stop to listen, knowing I shouldn't be ease dropping as alpha.
"....yea the beta is constantly gone all the time"(1person)
"I wonder where he goes to"(2ndperson)
"Yea me too, someone says he is always with Hailey"(1person)
"Maybe they are "playing" around" (raises brows)(3rd person)
*(all laugh)*

I decide to turn around and walk in another direction.

Why would Luke hang around Hailey so much? She did leave to Alaska early. Maybe they are in a relationship? I'll talk to him about it later.
