My Lady

Liz's eyes widen and all she can think to do is hug him and kiss him. Axton chuckles, "so is that a yes." Liz nods, "most definitely." Axton gives her the longest kiss and hug ever and gives the biggest smile ever and takes Liz back to the car, "now let's get some sleep, my lady." Liz grins and follows as he leads them into the back seat to sleep. Axton sleeps with Liz in his arms. Liz has a flashback dream to when she first met the new vault hunting crew.

Lilith calls Liz over to meet the new vault hunters. Lilith goes down the row, "this is Maya, next one is Salvador, that is Axton and that one is Zero." Liz goes straight to Axton and smiles, "glad we actually have a cute one on our team. I may not set him on fire." Lilith rolls her eyes, "Liz you're not allowed to set anyone on fire." Axton smiles at her, "pleasure to meet you too." Axton bends down and kisses her hand. Liz blushes a bit, but smirks, "charming." He leans back up and grins at her. Liz steps back with Lilith, "you're gonna have fun with them. Meanwhile I'm gonna go burn bandit houses to the ground." Lilith rolls her eyes and waves her on.

Liz wakes up to Axton rubbing his hand on her back. Liz slowly wakes up and Axton kisses her softly on her lips, "good morning, princess." Liz rubs her eyes, "what time is it?" Axton smiles, "like 5 am. Which is good because then we can leave before the bandits get here." Liz stretches her arms, "yeah." She rolls onto the floor and kicks the door open and climbs out. Axton follows and opens the passenger door for her, "after you my lady." Liz smiles, "just like the day I met you." Axton smirks and shuts the door, "always will be." Axton goes to the drivers side and turns on the car and starts to drive. Axton looks over to Liz, "so your sister actually planned that date. If anything was wrong she told me to." Liz giggles, "I know she did. She asked me and I said ask you because I wasn't planning it. I wanted to be surprised. Which I was." Axton chuckles, "you know when we were going through the echos we found another one of yours when you were on your way to Helios. You were saying how you are evil, but have a heart and making fun of Jack. One thing I did hear was you thought I would move on and love someone else because I couldn't love you. Why is that?" Liz looks down, "Axton I'm- I felt like you would and I thought about you almost every day in Helios." Axton stops the car, "even while you were sleeping with the enemy?" Liz stays silent and Axton gives a small chuckle obviously feeling hurt,"that's what I thought. Gathering intel, but why? It's mean to think of me while with him." Liz doesn't say anything she's at a loss of words. Axton stays silent as well and Liz slowly says, "when all of this shit is over with and we capture Jack. I was going to take over Helios and Hyperion. I need someone beside me as another ruler. I was hoping it'll be you, but I don't know now. Anyways I'm going to explain myself and you don't have to listen, but I would like for you to. He showed interest so in order for me to get intel I showed interest back, but the one thing I never told anyone is that Jack wanted me at Helios just for that and as it happened I got information on him. He told me to come back to Pandora so he can kill Lilith and Roland. I said I was coming back, but in reality I came back because I missed you all and to give Lilith information. I was planning for a win win where y'all find the vault and we capture Jack and I take over Jack's place." Axton looks at her with sympathetic eyes, "is that true?" Liz nods and Axton feels terrible and reaches over to hug her, "I'm so sorry. I just thought tha-." Liz cuts him off, "it's fine it looked bad on my part, but I did what I did for y'all. I'm not all evil just most the way." Axton kisses her forehead and goes back to his driving position, "please forgive me." Liz smiles, "of coarse I will silly. If I didn't it'll be one hell of an awkward relationship." Axton laughs, "well let's get back then." Axton drives back to sanctuary and drives in the gates. Axton gets out and helps Liz out. Lilith walks over to them,"welcome back. So how'd it go?" Liz looks at Axton then back to Lilith, "good." Lilith smirks, "anything else happen?" Axton reddens a bit and Liz grins, "nope just kisses and hugging. He also asked me to be his girlfriend." Lilith looked to Axton, "what did she say?" Axton chuckles, "she hugged me and wouldn't let go. I took it as a yes. We got into a fight and I want to murder Jack." Lilith looks back to Liz, "what's he talking about?" Liz hesitates, "remember when you asked how did I get that information and I said 'you don't wanna know'," Lilith nods and Liz continues, "well him being Jack and liked me. You can pro-." Lilith halts her, "oh my god. I'm with Axton in this one. He must be killed." Liz smiles, "as much as I'd like to kill him. I'd rather enslave him and take Helios and since I'm the one baiting him, I get to decide." Lilith looks to Axton then back to Liz, "fair enough. Might as well have him suffer." Axton puts his arm around her chest and holds her tight, "he's not getting you anymore because I'll make sure nothing will happen to you." Lilith puts her hand on her heart, "aww y'all are so cute," then walks away. Liz grabs onto his arm and looks up at him and gives him a kiss, "he won't I'll make sure of it." Axton nods, "and I'm going to be the one to capture him just so I can get at least one hit in." Axton let's go and Liz smiles, "you will because when he's my prisoner and we take over Helios then we can torture and punish him any way we'd like." Axton chuckles and gives her a kiss, "I like that idea." Liz gets an echo call from Jack. She shushes Axton and answers, "hello." Jack sighs, "have you got anything for me yet, pumpkin." Liz rolls her eyes to Axton who can hear the conversation, "I'm working on it, but can you travel down to Pandora and I'll tell you the information I do have when we go on a date." Jack's voice changes to seductive, "oh you want to see me that bad? I guess I could slip by tomorrow night and see you with my information." Liz puts on her best pouty voice, "that'll be great. Can you bring Junior too? I really miss him and I miss you too." Jack hesitates, "yeah I'll bring our little one. See you tomorrow night, darlin'." The echo cuts and Liz sees Axton staring at her, "yes that's what Jack says. He says that Junior is mine and his, but he doesn't know about you. Junior is yours and mine." Axton smiles, "I could tell you were faking the whole time. Good thing he didn't have a live conversation with you." Liz giggled, "hey I tried now I'm going to find Lilith so we can plot for tomorrow night." Liz takes Axton's wrist and drags him to Roland's and Lilith's house. Liz opens the door and yells out, "emergency meeting. I need everyone." Lilith yells back down, "okay I'll call everyone here" Lilith calls all the vault hunters to the meeting. When all the vault hunters arrive Lilith turns to Liz, "so what's the meeting for?" Liz looks around to everyone, "Jack is coming tomorrow night we need to prepare. He's also bringing Junior, my baby skag."

Note: nice little chapter for Jack's soon to be arrival. Jack will come, but what will happen? I haven't thought yet.
