Chapter 9: Dream house

Cy's POV

Inihinto ni Austin ang kotse nang makarating kami sa tapat ng isang malaking bahay.

Napakunot ang noo ko habang nililibot ang tingin ko sa paligid. The place is so unfamiliar to me. I don't think Austin ever brought me here before and I don't think I've ever been here before.

"Cy."

Pagtawag sa akin ni Austin after opening the car door on my side, offering his hand to me.

"No, iuwi mo na ako kasi ayaw kitang kasama."

Sagot ko nang hindi man lang siya tinitingnan. 

I heard him sigh deeply and then suddenly, the next thing I knew he is carrying me like a sack of rice.

"What the? Austin ibaba mo nga ako!"

Pagpalag ko habang hinahampas ang likod niya pero parang wala lang epekto sa kanya.

"Later."

"No, right now! I have feet Austin, I can walk."

"Yeah, you can also run away. I won't let that happen."

Sagot niya at muli nanaman akong lumikot at nag-ingaypara ibaba niya.

"One more shout Cy and I will make sure to make you shout my name in our bed later."

Dagdag at pananakot niya kaya para naman akong maamong pusa na biglang natahimik because I know that he is not joking. Pumasok kami sa loob ng bahay pagkatapos ay iniupo niya ako sa isang malambot na sofa.

Pagkapasok na pagkapasok pa lang ay agad na akong namangha sa itsura ng bahay. It's looks cozy and relaxing. There's plants on the side, tables, TV, ang many more things that a house should have. Mukhang kompleto na lahat ng gamit, tao na lang ang kulang.

The overall look of the house is exactly what my dream house is. 

Tumayo ako sa sofa and started walking around the house habang sumusunod naman sa akin si Austin. Pumasok ako sa isang kwarto and my lips parted when I saw how perfect the room is. The warm orange lights, tables, books, candles, fresh flower, and big sofa inside the room.

That is exactly how I describe to Austin my dream room tuwing gabi bago kami matulog, may bahay na kami noon but we  are really planning to get another one.

Did he make my dream house come true?

"Did you..."

"Surprise baby. Do you like it? I know you like our... your room to be the most relaxing place in the world."

Austin is smiling at me but I see sadness, he also seem nervous. 

I don't know how to react, I don't feel happy at all. I just feel... hurt and bad.

"But why?"

I asked.

I'm confused. Why is he doing this when we are obviously over?

"What do you mean my love? This is our dream house remember?"

Sagot niya sabay hawak sa kamay ko na agad ko ring inagaw mula sa pagkakahawak niya.

"Why are you doing this? Para ba bumawi sa mga kalokohan mo? Austin we're over, wala na."

Hindi makatinging sagot ko kay Austin. 

Tatalikuran ko na sana siya at lalabas na nang muli naman siyang magsalita.

"Cy maayos pa naman natin 'to eh, mahal mo pa naman ako 'di ba?"
