Chapter 15

Five days passed and Naruto finally woke up. After the battle he collapsed Sakura quickly got to work and and healed his injuries with the help of Kurama. As he was asleep the villagers and everyone else helped to re-build the village.

Kenta and Takeda were still resting with their injuries slowly healing. After being blown by Pains attack they were both stuck under rubble for ages. Some parts of rubble ended up stabbing them too.

If it weren't for Shikamaru and his team finding them they both would've been dead.

Naruto slowly sat up and looked around his surroundings. Sakura entered the room and saw Naruto staring at her. "You're finally awake." She said smiling.

"Yeah, I guess...?" Naruto asked. "How long have I been out for?"

"Five days." Sakura answered.

Naruto sat in silence and looked down, "I see..." he muttered looking at his bandaged left arm.

"You should be fine in about a three or so weeks. You healed pretty fast so I guess that's the reason why." She said.

"Nah, it's more of Kurama." Naruto said scratching the back of his head. "He's the reason why I heal so fast."

"You mean the nine-tails sealed in you?" Sakura asked and Naruto nodded.

Suddenly an Anbu appeared by the door startling both Naruto and Sakura. Naruto smiled, "nice to see you too, old man." Naruto said.

"Glad that you're alright, Naru." Noeio said removing his mask and looked at the blonde then the pinkette. "Say, are you his girlfriend?"

A tick mark appeared on Naruto's head, in a blink of an eye Naruto appeared next to Norio and he punched him hard on the head.

"Hey!! What the hell Naru?!" Norio asked.

"She's not my girlfriend!! She was my old teammate!! Stupid old man!!" Naruto exclaimed.

Norio grinned, "you sure~?" He asked.

Sakura giggled, "I better leave you two then. Take care Naruto, and don't try to get yourself killed, again." She said waving and walked off.

"You and her are so into each other." Norio said and Naruto hit him on the head.

"She doesn't like me, she likes duckbutt." Naruto answered, he turned and put his regular clothes on.

Norio chuckled and scratched the back of his head. "Anyway, Tsuna wants to see you." Norio said.

Naruto started to walk out, "Tsuna?" He asked but then understood.

Norio walked up to Naruto and put a hand on his shoulder, "I have a bad feeling about the meeting. Try not to lose your cool, all right?" He said.

Naruto's expression went serious, but before he could ask anything else Norio disappeared and Naruto sighed. Stupid old man. He thought and made his way to the Hokage Tower.

As soon as he got there Naruto saw a Shizune standing out side. "Lady Tsunade wants you in the meeting room." She said politely.

Naruto nodded and walked off when he got there he knocked on the door hearing a faint "come in". He opened the door to reveal the council.

"Hello Kitsune-sama." Danzo said as susupiscious looking as ever. "Please have a seat."

"No thanks." He said coldly and stood at the corner of the room beside the double doors. "Anyway what do you want now?"

"We want to thank you for saving Konoha." Homura said as they all stood up and bowed.

"Ok, first off, stop calling me Kitsune, it's, Naruto. You either get used to it or I make you. Second, save your thanks I didn't save the village for you, I did it  to protect my friends." Naruto said glaring at the council.
