Chapter 17

Naruto was way ahead of everyone, it was only a matter of time until they would arrive at the location of his targets and he new that they'd be too tired to fight.

Once they're too tired to fight I'll have them sit it out so that they don't get in my way. Naruto thought and smirked. And maybe just try to "accidentally" hit dog breath.

Oh look everybody Naruto had officially turned into a super villain. Hooray for him. Kurama said sarcastically.

Shut up!! Naruto yelled. You're one to talk, stupid fox!

Ok, first, I was being controlled that night, second, you piss off!! Kurama growled.

Ooh, I'm so scared. Naruto mocked making Kurama growl and Naruto stick his tongue out in his mindscape.

A few more minutes passed and Naruto had finally arrived at the location of the rogue ninja's last siting. Naruto stood still at the centre of the opening.

A soft breeze came his way and he took a deep breath. He closed his eyes and let his senses take control of him.

He could hear the trees rustling, the grass crunching underneath his teams feet and their raspy breaths.

He could smell a faint smoke scent not too far from where he stood. Naruto opened his eyes and looked around him.

Naruto looked left and observed carefully, he looked right and did the same. He then looked up to see the birds flying high. He looked down and only saw grass with faint traces of people who had walked on it before.

His team finally caught up and saw him kneeling on the ground with a stern expression. "Seriously? What's up with this guy?" Kiba asked putting his hands on his hips.

"What's up with me?" Naruto repeated. "What's up with you? Putting your hands on your hips like a girl?"

Kiba growled and Akamaru barked, "sorry, Aka." Naruto said looking at the dog who wagged his tail and barked again.

"You can understand Akamaru?!" Kiba asked. Naruto stood up and shrugged.

"More like Kurama can." Naruto answered and looked around him once again. He grabbed his scroll that contained his sword and pulled it out.

Naruto held it in his right hand and a kunai in his left.

With one swift motion Naruto threw the sword to his right and his kunai on the ground. Naruto jumped up high into the sky and there was an explosion from the ground.

The team was startled and guarded themselves from the debris that flew all over the place.

Naruto landed onto the groun and found his opponent on the ground burned and dead.

Kiba and the other's looked at Naruto as he slowly stood up. He looked their way and saw his gleaming red eyes. Kiba shivered in fear as Naruto dashed towards him.

But to his surprise Naruto ran past him and he had stabbed a rogue ninja with an kunai. "Don't let your guard down, Inazuka." Naruto said grimly approaching them slowly.

With a heavy sigh he looked at the clearing to see a huge hole in the middle and still no sign of the rogu ninja's making the blackette annoyed.

"What the hell!! Hiding this, hiding that!! It's always hiding!! Slfjsbcbf what a pain in the ass!!" Naruto yelled.

The team watched as Naruto had his short temper tantrum until he took a deep breath. His eyes glowed red again and glared at the dense Bush in front of him.

"You guts either come out or I make you." Naruto said calmly. No one came out. With a sigh Naruto ran his fingers through his hair.

"Listen here, if any come for you fight them. Leave the killing to, alright?" Naruto asked facing them.

They all nodded except for Kiba who crossed his arms and opened his mouth to say something, that is until Hinata tugged at his sleeve.

Kiba looked at Hinata and sighed, "fine whatever." He grumbled but Naruto heard it loud and clear.

"Good." Naruto said cracking his knuckles and neck. He bent down low his hands spread out beside him, relaxed and in a blink of an eye Naruto was in the bushes.

Already they could here several shots and screams of pain. Sasuke was focused and he could sense a sudden attack from behind.

He whipped his head to the side and saw a rogue ninja going after Hinata. "Chidori!!" Sasuke yelled charging at the rogue ninja.

The rogue ninja looked up and tried to dodge the attack getting his bottom left part of his body stabbed by Sasuke's Chidori.

"Super Beast Imitating Drawing!!" Sai yelled as a drawing of an inked tiger pounced out of his blank scroll and attacked the rogue ninja.

The tigers managed to scratch him on the chest when Naruto appeared with his sword in hand. He stabbed the rogue ninja, his sword shot through his chest.

Naruto put a hand on the ground and flung his body up, doing a one-handed  hands stand. Naruto danced around as several rogue ninja's charged.

With the hand that he held his sword Naruto quickly did hand signs, "Wind Style: Cyclone Rampage Jutsu!!" He yelled.

Naruto jumped using his hand and began to spin like crazy until a huge cyclone appeared and started to gather every rogue ninja into it.

On the inside Naruto killed his enemies swiftly one by one.

By the time the cyclone dispersed all Sasuke and the others could see were dead bodies raining down. Naruto on the other hand had put his sword away and had his hands in his pockets as he descended.

With a simple yawn he landed safely and walked up to them as if nothing happened. "You guys good?" Naruto asked.

"U-Uh... yeah w-we're all good." Kiba said nervously. He didn't understand why but for some reason he could feel a murderous intent coming from Naruto.

He looked at the others from the corner of his eye to see them absolutely calm and conversing with Naruto like nothing is affecting them. He looked at Naruto and gulped.

Kiba's mind kept replaying the moment when Naruto's raging red eyes looked at him. He was scared out of his mind. Kiba closed his eyes and shook his head.

I shouldn't be scared of a cripple like him. He thought watching the group follow Naruto's lead once again. In fact I should be the one giving orders not him!!

Just you wait! I'll show you what I'm made of and I'll finally have Hinata  all to myself!!!
