Chapter 22

The rogue ninja's charged with a roar, Naruto turned to face them his face showing only anger and hatred. With a low growl he lunged at them at lightning speed.

"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Jutsu!!" Naruto roared as a fire dragon formed and burnt his opponents, "Lightning Style: Thunderstruck!"

Lightning shot down at every rogue ninja around Naruto and killed them all.

Naruto unleashed another roar that could be heard by everyone in the building.

Sakura looked up and then around, it was a roar that had caught her attention. It sounds like... Naruto. She thought. Clenching her fists tightly she made a mad dash to the area where she heard Naruto's roar.

Kenta and the others had rushed into the building seeing dead bodies, blood and weapons on the ground left and right.

They pushed through, to them (excluding Kenta and Takeda) it was revolting, they were in a state of shock and disbelief that Naruto could kill all those high ranked rogue ninja's.

After a few more turns the group found Naruto standing in the centre of a room filled with dead bodies.

Naruto turned his head, eyes gleaming a crimson red. Sasuke abd the others shivered. Naruto turned and dashed.

Swiftly Takeda summoned his clones and sunshined them a few meters away from Naruto.

Takeda opened his mouth to say something. "Don't! Don't fucking say it!!" Kenta growled clenching his fists tightly. He was shaking, not in fear but in anger.

"Naru promised he would never lose control like this again..." Kenta mumbled bowed headed, "he promised..."

Takeda growned and walked up to Kenta, patting him on the shoulder. "I know, but we have to keep moving." He said.

"How can I?" Kenta snapped, "he promised, Takeda! He promised!! He killed so many people not just his enemies but innocent people too!!"

"I KNOW THAT!!!" Takeda yelled his hair shadowed his eyes, his fists were tightly clenched, "but, all this time since Yukina's death, he's been in pain... now he lost another person he loves, of course he'll be going on a rampage!"

"Naru is Naru, monster or not, he's still Naru." Takeda said and raised his head, "as long as we stay out of his way then no one will die today and since this place is miles away from a village we'll be fine."

"Ok?" Takeda asked.

Kenta frowned he clenched his fists tightly for a moment, until he finally replaced and looked up. "Ok." He said.

Takeda smiled and turned to face the others. "Alright, here's what we're gonna do." He said sternly looking at the group, "we'll split up in two, Kenta and I will lead and keep you guts safe in search for Sakura, alright?"

The group nodded.

"Alright, Sasuke, Shino, Hinata you're with me." Kenta declared.

Sasuke, Shino and Hinata ran after Kenta who wasn't too far ahead of them. Takeda turned to face Kiba and Sai. "Let's get going too." Takeda said and ran off with Sai and Kiba following close behind.

Sakura finally made it to the floor where she heard Naruto's roar. Her face showed nothing but terror, all the dead bodies sent shivers down her spine.

Did Naruto... do all this? She thought but then she shook her head dismissively. Either way, I have to find him.
