I was at a party with my close friend Winter Schnee, I was humming to myself as I sat outside, we were at Atlas's school. I was sitting on a porch swing under a gazebo, I swung my legs, I was in my own little world and I didn't see that a man wearing a red cape had come outside for a moment. I looked up whenever I heard a clicking noise, "damnit..." the man mumbled, he had a cigarette in his mouth. "Those will kill ya..." I spoke walking up to him, he looked at me, "only slowly..." he spoke as I snorted, "can I have one? I'm out" I said as he pulled out his pack and handed me one. I lit it with my lighter and then lit his. "Thanks..." he whispered as I took a long drag of the cigarette, "never seen a faunas smoke before," he said as I chuckled, "well because of my semblance, I fucking hate my life...can't do anything right..." I told him as he chuckled, "I know the feeling...I'm just a bad luck charm..." he spoke as I saw a man with silver hair walking up to us. "I relate wholeheartedly" I mumbled as the man approached us. "One of my friend's counters it...not by much but when we're working it isn't as bad...he's my walking good luck charm" I spoke as Clover ran past me as Winter chased after him. They both stopped when they both stopped when they saw me and walked up. Winter glared at Qrow who smirked.

She grabbed me and pulled me into her arms in a protective way. "What do you want with Y/n?" she asked as Qrow held up his hands in defense before putting his cigarette out, I put mine out as well. "We were just talking" he spoke as Oz sipped on whatever was in the mug he had with him, "Winter, I'm gonna tell Wiess your secret" Clover spoke as Winter growled and then chased after him again. "And there go my two friends" I sighed as I ran my fingers through my hair, "I'm gonna go make sure she doesn't kill him" I spoke as I walked off, "here" Qrow gave me a piece of paper with his and Oz's contact information. "Call us if you ever need anything" Qrow gave me a kiss on the cheek as Oz just smiled at me. They then walked off.
