Flowerpot - Slytherpuff Story

Chapter three

How did i end up in charm class in a group with Daisy, Tori, Virgil and another slytherin named Lucas? It's not that its a bad group but Lucas was one of the boys on the train and Tori wont stop giving him death glares. Like if she wanna kill him so bad why doesn't she just avada kedavra him already. Theres nothing wrong with having daisy in the group shes nice having here. But Virgil the guy who i for some reason can make myself have eye contact with anymore without getting nervous is here as well. It's going to be okay but this is just going to be a very long class.

"Okay let's just get started." Daisy says carefully.

"Yeah lets." Tori says giving Lucas a last glare.

We were divided into groups of 5 and each got a paper with a quizz on, and we have to see how fast we can finish it working together.

"This is so stupid, why do i have to work with a gryffindor and two hufflepuffs?" Lucas says loud enough for us to hear it.

"Shut your mouth or i'm going to-" Tori begins but i put a hand over her mouth while Daisy holds her down.

"Sorry." I say looking up at lucas. He just gives me a glare. Great were of to a terrible start.

"Okay so the first question is what is the spell avada kedavra for?" Daisy reads.

"Killing, next." Lucas says and Virgil gives him a glare. I wonder why.

"Okay um what is the charm Molliare for?" I read up from the paper.

"Oh i know this it produces an invisible cushion and its used primarily for broomsticks." Tori says looking proud.

"Good job." I say and give her a smile.

"Thanks." she says and smiles back.

"Yeah, yeah next one." Lucas says and i can see an annoyed look in tori's eyes, but i get it he is annoying.

We keep going like that and we all answer some of the questions. And of course Lucas keep making annoying comments and me and have to keep tori calm. But it's weird i never noticed how nice of a voice virgil has, why am i even thinking about this?

"Earth to maya." Tori says while waving a hand in front of me.

"Sorry i didn't mean to space out, im just really tired." I say looking down.

"It's okay." Virgil says and i can feel the heat on my face. I didn't think he would say that it's usually my friends that tell me it's okay.

"Thanks." I say while keeping my head down and hiding behind my shoulder length, red curly hair. I just hope he doesnt think im too weird, why should i even care about that. Well i already care about what everyone thinks of me so i guess it's not that big of a difference.

"Well do you know the answer to the last one?" Daisy asks?

I look on the paper and the question is what kind of spell is episkey? I think for a bit before telling them the answer.

"Well it's a healing spell for major injuries." I say looking up at Tori and Daisy and they smile.

"Okay then were done. Good job guys." Daisy says smiling.

"Yeah good job." I say and smile back at her.

"Professor were done." Lucas yells across the classroom annoying everyone, but well out group work is over soon so i don't have to be around him anymore.

We got third place so i'm really proud of that, but for some reason it was really hard to keep my eyes of virgil. I mean yeah he's attractive and his hair looks really soft and he has a nice jawline, and his skin is glowing and- urgh what is wrong with me why can't i stop thinking about him, yeah he's sweet and all but that doesn't mean i wanna think about him all the time.

My thoughts keep going in circle like that as i walk down one of the corridors to get to my common room when i bump into the other boy virgil was sitting with on the train.

"Sorry i will be more carefu-" But i don't get to finish my sentence before i get showed to the side and fall.

"Don't touch me mudblood!" He says in a could and hard tone while walking past me. I stand up see that there's a bruise on my knee and i feel a tear go down my face, but i quickly wipe it away before walking to my common room.

How does he even know that it's not something i bring up in everyday conventions. Well most people probably know anyways especially some of the slytherins they care way too much about that stuff.I wonder if Virgil cares about that as well, not that it matters.

I walk into the common room and daisy is sitting on the sofa. "Oh Maya what happened?" She says as she comes running to me.

"It's not important, i will be okay." I say looking away.

"Come on you can tell me." She says hugging me.

"I know, thanks you." I say, and then i tell her about everything that happened in the corridor.

"I'm so sorry that happened, we should go tell tori." She says while holding my hand.

"Alright, and thank you." I say, now all the tears are gone and we both stand up to go find Tori.
