Chapter twenty nine

To my surprise have Daisy not been too awkward around Tori since she told me. At the start, we shared a few looks, but I don't think Tori noticed. Now everything is kinda back to the usual, but the way Daisy is around Tori makes a lot more sense now that I know she likes Tori. It's really cute, and I'm honestly really happy she told me.

I haven't tried to hint at anything LGBTQ yet, but I will soon. I just thought I would wait a bit and see how Tori really is around Daisy before doing anything. I actually have noticed something Troi does that I didn't think a lot about before. Whenever Daisy isn't looking Tori looks at her and her expression changes for a second before she quickly looks away again. And I guess it could just be her looking, but the thing is I did the same thing when Virgil wasn't looking.

"You and Daisy have been so secretive, what's up with that?" Virgil asks as we're making our way to the potions classroom for our next class.

"Oh is it very obvious?" I ask.

"Nah I'm just really good at knowing when people are lying and keeping secrets." He says. "Just like how I knew you had a thing for me long before we really started talking."

"Oh stop, I didn't like you that much." I say and hit his shoulder.

"Oh really, what about the time yo-" He begins.

"Oh shut up, why do you have to be right?" I say.

"Well I'm not always right." He says and chuckles. "Anyways back to you and Daisy, what's up?"

"I can't tell you." I say.

"Why?" He asks.

"Well as we talked about it's a secret, not anything bad its just something Daisy isn't ready to tell the world just yet." I say carefully choosing my words.

"Okay." He says and nods.

We arrive at the potions classroom and split up to go to our tables. A bit after Daisy arrives as well and sits down beside me. We get the instructions for some kind of bad luck potion and begin to make it.

"Do you know Tori looks at you every time your not looking, in the same way I did with Virgil?" I whisper to Daisy as we're waiting for the potion to begin boiling.

"What really?!" She says and looks at me with wide eyes.

"Mmmm." I say as the potion begins to boil slightly.

"Are you serious?!" She says.

"Yeah." I say and look at her with a reassuring smile.

"Oh god." She says with a slight blush on her face.

Class ends and me, Virgil, Daisy and Lucas walk out together.

"I can't believe we forgot to put the lavender in." Lucas mumbles as were walking. "I'm supposed to be good at potions."

"It's okay to fail once in a while, look at me and Daisy we almost always do." I say.

"It's true." Daisy says and laughs.

"This is killing me!" Daisy says and falls down on her bed headfirst. Were alone in the dormitory so we have free room to talk.

"That's understandable, I have been through it myself so I know it sucks." I say and let myself lay down beside her on my back. She turns around so she's laying on her back as well, instead of her stomach.

"How did you not die?" She asks.

"I had two supportive friends." I say and she smiles.

"So do we have any kind of plan?" She asks.

"Well I was thinking that we could-" I begin to explain her my plan and she nods when I'm done.

"I like that, let's do it." She says and we high five. Surprisingly we didn't miss.

"But like let's start tomorrow cause I'm tired, and the others are coming in here soon." I say and yawn. Daisy nods and I stand up to go get my pajamas. We get ready for bed and I can feel some butterflies in my stomach because I want them to get together so bad. Unless Tori is straight of course, but that would break Daisy's heart.

"Goodnight." Daisy whispers as the lights get turned off.

"Goodnight." I whisper and start drifting into sleep.

"Wake up Maya!" Daisy says and shakes me lightly.

"What," I mumble and try turning away from her. "Let me sleep."

"No cause our plan starts today!" She says sounding excited.

"Oh right, still just five minutes more," I say still not completely awake.

"No Mayaaaa." She says dragging out my name.

"Fine, I will get up," I say and sit up in bed.

"Yay, now get change your cloth, and let's get going." She says and makes the mistake of turning around. I flop right back into my bed, but he hears it and turns back to me.

"Oh my god, you impossible." She laughs.

"Thanks," I say before actually getting out of bed.

We walk to the great hall and eat breakfast, Daisy begins to get more nervous but i manage to calm her down a bit.

"Hey, you two," Tori says and walks beside us out of the great hall.

"Hey." I and Daisy say at the same time.

"Ready for charms?" She asks.

"As ready as can be," I say and smile.

"Same," Daisy says.

We walk to the classroom and sit down together. "Hey Tori i was thinking that since your born into the magical world, how many muggle things and trends do you know about?" I ask trying to sound as casual as possible knowing exactly what i'm doing.

"Oh fun question!" She says. "How about you make me a quiz?!" She asks excitedly.

This wasn't exactly where the plan was going, but this works as well. Originally we were just gonna tell her about some things muggle do and ask if they have pride parades in the wizarding world as well.

"Sure that's a good idea!" I say and Daisy nods in agreement.

"Its gonna be so fun!" Tori says.

"Yeah, I can't wait!" Daisy says and they smile at each other. They look so adorable.
