Flowerpot - Slytherpuff Story

Chapter five

"Yeeees Tori!" I yell looking up at the sky where she's flying around on her broom. It's the first quidditch game of the year and its gryffindor vs slytherin. Tori just scored a point and me and Daisy cheers her on.

"Your the best!" Daisy yells hoping Tori will be able to hear it. The rest of gryffindor is supporting their team as well, and of course slytherin is supporting theirs as well. In secret i'm trying to see if i can find virgil but i can't see him anywhere. I haven't seen him since he came to visit me in the hospital wing, not that i miss him. Maybe i do, i can't really figure it out, I wonder if he misses me too? Probably not, or else im pretty sure he would talk to me.

Slytherin scores a point and excited cheers comes from where all the slytherins are standing. I keep looking after virgil but instead i see hugo looking annoyed over at the gryffindors, if he's here then maybe Virgil is. I look beside hugo and it turns out i'm right, Virgil is right there looking bored out of his mind, i guess he isn't really a quidditch person.

The game ends with gryffindor catching the golden snitch. Everyone besides from slytherin of course are excited and in a good mood.

"Tori!" Me and Daisy yells at the same time when we see her.

"You did so good!" Daisy says jumping up and down.

"Wow okay calm down, it's not like if im the reason they won." She says.

"You still did really good!" I say pulling her into a hug. "Ew you smell of sweat, go take a bath." I say and laugh.

"Yeah i will, were celebrating in the gryffindor common room later, im sure i can sneak you two in.

"That would be great, thank yoooouuuu." Daisy says dragging out the you. "I can't wait!"

I'm running down the corridors and up the stairs to get to the gryffindor common room. Daisy went a bit earlier with Tori and i had to stay back and finish a bit of homework. I'm almost there and right when im about to turn a corner i run into someone, Luckily the person catches me before i fall.

"I'm so sorry, i should have been more careful. It's my fault i'm so sorr-" I look up to see someone i know. "Virgil." He's hand is on my back and another on my wrist and even tho im standing up again he still havent let go of me. But then out of nowhere it's like if he realises he's holding on to me.

"Sorry." He says looking confused and shy.

"You don't need to apologise, i'm the one who ran into you and you even catched me. I should really be thanking you." I say feeling the blush creeping up on my face.

"Its okay, where are you even going?" He asks as he put some of his hair away from his face. It got all messy from me running into him and it's really cute.

"Well i'm going to a celebration party at the gryffindor common room since they won. Sorry its not to shove it in your face, slytherin did great too"

"It's not a problem, and i didnt know you went around breaking schools rules like that, are hufflepuffs to sweet for that?" He says leaning up of the wall with a teasing look on his face.

"Well i guess i'm the living proof that we aren't all nice and good kids all the time, or at least something like that." I say letting out a small laugh, wait did he call me sweet or just hufflepuff in general? I'm pretty sure it was just hufflepuff but a girl can dream.

"Oh really, then i'm sure you wouldn't mind breaking a few more rules once in a while? Maybe i should begin challenging you to it?" He says with a small smile.

"Oh my god what am i getting myself into, I guess i will think about it." I say and i can't stop a smile escaping my lips.

"Great, well get going to your party and i guess i will see you again." He says standing up again.

"Yeah, i guess you will." I say and look up at him still smiling, and to my luck so is he as well.

Wow what just happened? I just had a conversation with Virgil, and did i even flirt and did he flirt back? What even is flirting i'm so confused, and did he want to see me again? Do i want to see him again? Well yeah i do, i actually do want to see him again.

I arrive at the party and Tori gets me inside. I look around at a bunch of gryffindors and a few other people from other houses, even Marcus is here.

"Marcus!" I yell hoping he can hear me. He turns around and waves at me, then he walks over to me.

"Hey how are you?" He asks and puts his hand on my head to mess with my hair.

"Im good, how about you?" I ask fixing my hair.

"I'm pretty good too, i just have a bunch of homework so i can't stay too long.

"I just did mine thats why im here a bit later and i also met- nope not gonna tell you that just yet." I say not really regretting what i said because it's fun to mess with him.

"Hey you can't just do that!" He says holding me back as i try to escape.

"Yes i can cause your going to get all overprotective if i tell you." I say trying to escape again.

"Nope your staying here until you tell me who it is. I'm too curious now." He says, why is he so strong anyways, i cant get away.

"Tori, Daisy help meee" I yell and they come running.

"No wait help me, she won't tell me who she talked to before coming here because i'm going to be too overprotective." They just look at him like if they were in the office.

"Oh, but you are." Daisy says and then Tori jumbs on Marcus to save me.

"Thank you!" I say quickly and then we run away to enjoy the party. Once in a while through the entire party he asks me again and again, but i still don't give him the answer. I do want to wait it out a bit before telling him about Virgil.
