Chapter thirty two

"Please tell me more about that pride thing, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since you and Daisy made the quiz." Tori says and puts her hands on my shoulders.

"Oh my-" I begin but quickly cut myself off, is this happening? "What do you want to know?" I ask as calmly as possible even tho I am freaking out on the inside.

"Uh, I don't know. Everything I guess." She says and lets go of me.

"Well it all started a long time ago with something called stonewall, but I can tell you about that another time. Pride is a celebration of Lgbt people as I said before, and there I an entire march that everyone walks together. But pride is also like, how should I say this... Well, it's a fight for acceptance if that makes sense." I explain and Tori looks at me with wide eyes.

"I think it makes sense." She says and her expression changed slightly to a nervous one which I don't see often. Tori almost always looks confident and brave which means this is something serious.

"Are you okay?" I ask carefully.

"Yeah uh, can I tell you something?" Tori asks.

"Yeah, you can tell me anything." I say secretly praying that it's about her and Daisy.

"I- i think." She says and takes a deep breath. "I think I'm-" She tries again but cuts herself off and look behind me where two Hufflepuff girls are walking. One of them is named Caroline and the other is named Maya just like me. Which causes a lot of confusion when we're both in the common room. Just as I look at them Caroline is about to trip over absolutely nothing but Maya stops here before she falls and I can hear them laughing.

"It's kinda private." Tori whispers and I nod. We wait for them to walk by us before Tori starts talking again.

"I think I'm part of that whole LGBT thing... But I don't know what part of it." She says and sounds very nervous.

"Oh well that's okay, I love you regardless. Who you're attracted to doesn't change who you are, I love and support you no matter what. And you can take all the time in the word figuring out what label you want, and if you don't want a label that's fine as well." I say and send her a reassuring smile.

Tori slightly opens her mouth as if she's about to say something, but she decides against it and closes her mouth again. She thinks for a moment before actually saying something.

"Thank you." She says, and even tho its simple words I know she means them.

"You don't have to thank me, I should thank you for telling me." I say and I pull her into a big hug. We hug for a while before we both let go.

"Now come on, we should get going before the others start theorizing what we talked about." I say and Tori smiles, but it stills looks like she has something to say.

"I uh, have one more thing to tell you." She says and looks nervous.

"Oh okay, what's up?" I ask.

"I think I like someone as well..." She says and has never wanted to hear her say Daisy's name so badly in my life.

"Its...."

I'm sorry.... not really cause it's kinda fun to end chapters like this. But thank you all so much for reading, and once again I'm sorry this chapter is short. I just got back to school so I have less time to write, but I hope it didn't take too long to write this.
