People tell you that God only takes people when he's ready,
When it's their time to die
But this isn't fair at all,
Cause why the hell is he taking people so young?
Juice Wrld, xxxtentacious,Cameron Boyce, Kobe Bryant and more,
Hell, Some even in our own families
Why would God want them with him so young?
Those people barely got to live life,
Think of all the infants that die every night.
Ever child that's ever died,
Every teen that's been ran over, committed suicide or was shot.
Every young adult who passed away,
Why the hell did they not get to stay?
Why do you take our loved ones?
Why do you take the famous ones?
Why do you take away the people who tried to make a difference?
Why do you take the life you've created?
If you've truly got a place for all of us to stay,
Why the hell can't we visit our dead?
Why do we have to wait to see them again?
Why why why!?
Your plan is that we'll all live happy,
But then why does it even matter if we're born on Earth?
Why can't we just live in heaven.
Or is this some kind of test?
Seeing if we're fit for heaven,
Seeing how much pain we can endure?
Or do you enjoy watching your children suffer?
Some of us can't take it in this world,
Some of us want to die.
Do you like watching your children kill themselves or each other?
Do you like seeing us tortured?
Or maybe this was your plan all along.

Author's note:
This poem really hits hard for me, as I've seen a lot of people in my life die. Several months ago, my friend was shot and killed, and just a few weeks ago, one of my friends killed herself. I always question God, wondering if this is what he wanted, if he was okay with this...
Life is a struggle... but it's a struggle that we have to overcome, because if we don't, how are we to ever survive? We have to stay positive, and we can't lose hope. I love you all <3 stay strong!
