Chapter 43: Friends With A Devil

I flicked through my book. Pages turning and eyes moving. I love this book. I looked at my clock. It's 1am. What the!? I started reading at 11 how did I don't notice the time. I swear it has only been a hour not 2! Wait a minute. My clock is in a different position. It's tilted a lot. Hmmm. I put my book on my bedside table and walked over to my wall. I looked around. I put my clock in the right position. I stared at it. It tilted again. "Devil are you playing with me again" I said smiling. I heard a yes. "You cheeky little thing" I said diving behind my closet. There is the devil. He looked at me. I giggled. It's fun playing with him. He makes me happy when I'm sad. "Don't worry I turned time forwards a hour" he said. "How can you do that!?" I said. "It's a Devils nature" he said. I smiled evily. "How did you become a devil?" I said. "I was a real big trouble maker when I was a normal kid like you then I died and I became a devil it's just how the world works" he said. "No it's not that sounds like something out of a fairytale" I said. "Well you know there is another world out there that nobody knows about you just have to find it" he said before disappearing. I'm confused. I watched my clock as it turned back a hour. I hopped into bed and turned my lamp off. What? His voice played through my mind as I fell asleep. I woke up. I watched snow flakes pour down from the sky. I smiled. I opened my closet to get changed and got a shock when I saw the devil was in there. I laughed. "What are you doing" I said smiling. "Greeting you to the day" he said. Even for a devil he can be nice. "Wanna go do something fun" I said. He nodded. "It's something you'll like" I said. "Wait" he said I stopped in my tracks. "Yeah" I said. "Do you know exactly who I am?" He asked. "Yeah you're a devil" I said. "No no I'm not just a devil" he said. "I'm your devil" he said. "What" I said. "Yes when you do some,thing evil air bad it's my fault I can overtake your body" he said. "You can" I said. He nodded. "Oh" I said. I shrugged and got changed. "That's it" he said. "Yep" I said putting my snow coat on. "I don't care remember you're taking over my body so your under control of me" I said walking out my door. "Are you coming" I said smiling evily. He nodded and floated down the stairs. "I'll see you soon mum I'm going to go play in the snow with Aylin and Kali and Link!" I yelled as I opened the fridge quietly. "Ok!" She yelled from her office. She spends most of her time in there now. Huh. I grabbed a carton of eggs I bought the other day and stuffed them in my coat. The devil stared at me in the eyes.
