Izuku's POV
It was midnight around this time. Everyone was fast asleep, but not me. I couldn't stop thinking about Mirio's unusual action earlier. It was...entirely new to me.
My cheeks turned beet red when his face showed up in my mind. I hugged my All Might plushie close to my chest, squeezing it firmly as I tried to hold back my fangirling. I kept rolling on my bed until my body fell onto the floor, causing me to whimper in pain.
"Ouch!"
I rubbed the back of my head, embarrassed by my own carelessness. Suddenly, my phone that was laying on the nightstand buzzed noisily, signifying a text message was delivered to me.
Slowly getting back on my two feet, I picked up my phone in turbulence. I tilted my head, wondering who in the world would send message at 12 a.m.
Is it Shinso-kun? Well, he is the only person who is always wide awake at night, since he has insomnia. Perhaps he needs help to sleep, like before.
But my guess turned out incorrect.
The sender of the message was none other than my boyfriend- one of the Big Three; Mirio!
Oh my gosh- he is still awake-?
That is odd. Normally, he would be asleep at this moment. I mean, come on, it's 12 a.m.!
Eagerly tapping the message icon (💬), I then tapped the texting box containing my chat with Mirio. Seeing his cute nickname that I saved in my contact and my keyboard that had his picture made me smile in joy.
