Helloooo💕 Yeah the last chapter was way too sad to make this one sad as well so have a nice fluff chapter where Prussia takes care of Canada. The song above has literally nothing to do with the chapter I just have been in the Hamilton fandom and I absolutely love it! Matthew's POV

We soon got home as we all almost immediately ate. Everyone was mostly silent as I feared I had caused the sudden awkwardness making me sort of hide in Gilbert's hoodie. Ludwig finally sighed as he looked at me. "Sorry to ask this but this question has been irritating me. What did the alpha say?" He asked me as I tensed up. "Uh well...mostly talking about how you guys are telling me lies or that you guys will abuse me even worse than he did. I didn't believe him or anything, I covered my ears mostly. I was just scared you guys will get hurt," I sigh looking at me and Gilbert's plate. We always shared food for some reason, it just started one day and never changed.

"We won't get hurt don't worry," Gilbert smiled and gently held my hand. "How didn't we smell their scent?" Antonio talked for the first time. I hear Lovino who was sitting next to me mumbling something in Italian. I looked at him confused as he smiled and mouthed 'I mostly focused on Antonio's scent so I didn't smell anything else.' I chuckle a bit at his antics as everyone else talked. I knew exactly why they couldn't smell their scent though I didn't want to tell them everything. "Matthew from now on I'll try to go out for meetings and not meet them here. And if there is an occasion where they have to come here just stay near one of us the whole time. We will no longer press on this subject and if Matthew wants to say something then he can," Ludwig instructed looking around the room to make sure we all understand. Everyone nodded in agreement and I smile.

"And Matthew if you ever want to come talk with any of us then you are more than welcome. We will teach you the way of the wolf and we'll protect you," This time it was Gilbert as I smile and lean on him. He holds me close and starts feeding me the food. I chuckle a bit as I let him feed me, eating what he gives me. "You need to eat too mister Gilbert," I looked up at him with a slight pout. "I know Birdie, I just want to make sure you eat too," he took the next few bites of food. The dinner soon ended as Lovino and as always Antonio and Feliciano give me a goodnight hug. From their conversation at the dinner table I'm guessing they think the self harm just now acted up at the mention of going to war with my alpha so I doubt they know I've been doing it in secret since I've been here.

Gilbert, Antonio, Lovino and I went to our rooms as everyone said goodnight. "Can we stay in your room for tonight? I'm scared if I open the door he'll be there waiting for me," I admitted my fear looking up at Gilbert. "Of course we can stay in my room," he smiled but made sure my alpha isn't in my room. Once he sees there is nothing we go to his room. His room is pretty much shaped like mine though it differs a bit. He has brown walls and floors while I had white. Instead of a tv he has a fireplace. His bed sheets were white like mine though his clothes are (like always) surprisingly tidy. The clothes that were in his closet were neatly folded and barely has even a fold in them. Honestly I was surprised when I realized Gilbert was always so neat, I always suspected him to be the messy type. But if I'm completely honest with you I like the fact he's neat. It's funny to see him such a joker and then suddenly clean everything. But either way we quickly put away the clothes that were outside his closet, just talking about random stuff.

Soon we were about to go to bed but I once again stopped him. "Can I go take a bath?" I asked looking up at him with a curious expression. "Mind if I join you?" He asked as I blushed. "I'm fine with it if mister Gilbert wants to," I smile at him though I was nervous. He nodded and handed me a pair of swim trunks taking one for himself as well. I chuckle a bit at his efforts of making me as comfortable as possible. He got undressed in the bathroom running a bath as well as I got undressed in his room. I take Gilbert's hoodie he was wearing and decided with Gilbert's permission I'll wear that.
