Hellooooo💕 Yes I know last chapter was a bit of a cliffhanger so I'm gonna try getting this one out as soon as possible. Uhm yeah just a warning before this starts, there will again be mentions of suicide, death debating (depends if I decide to put it in this chapter or later) and self harm plus mentions of self medicating. If your at all sensitive to those type of stuff please skip this chapter, anything important mentioned here will be repeated later so you don't miss anything. Gilbert's POV

We were about to start setting up the table when we heard Lovino scream. Antonio was the first one to bolt upstairs to see if Lovino was in danger. Mate! Something is wrong with mate! Gilbird screamed at me as I followed Antonio upstairs, Ludwig and Feliciano following after me. When we got to Matthew's room it seemed Lovino was in the bathroom that was attached to the bedroom. He was... holding something and there was some blood on the floor. Antonio was frozen in the doorway of the bathroom looking at what Lovino is holding, tiny tears streaking down his face as he covered his mouth. I immediately got scared as I slowly made my way to the door going passed Antonio. I see what he was holding as I immediately started crying...

I immediately fall to my knees and crawl over to Lovino who was holding Matthew. The blood I saw earlier was coming from the cuts on his wrist. There was an empty pill bottle next to him. I take Matthew from Lovino as I hold him close to my chest. He had a very faint heartbeat and was barely letting out any breaths. He was barely clinging onto life as Antonio hugged Lovino to comfort him. My wolf was howling and whimpering as his ears were flattened and his tail wasn't wagging like it usually did when he saw Matthew.

"What the fuck are you doing alpha bastard?! Call the hospital!!!" Lovino screamed at Ludwig who seemed to look at the door hinges. He snapped out of thought as he gets his phone out. Feliciano stopped him and whimpered out,"Already called them. They are at the front door. One person can go with Matthew in the ambulance the rest must take their own car." I immediately picked Matthew up holding him close to my chest. He tried to move his hand so he can grip my t-shirt like he usually did. I gently took his hand and placed it on my chest. I carry him to the ambulance as I get in. The others take their cars.

Time skip~ (Hate me already? Too bad😜)

I was pacing around in the waiting room as I thought of Matthew. Why didn't he tell me he wanted to hurt himself? Or even kill himself?! This is all my fault, I should've listened to my instincts and checked on him! Now he might die because of me. *Whimpers* Please don't think mate is going to die! I don't want to feel that pain. I want to make him happy and smile again. Gilbird...He was already dying when we got to him. there is a very scarce chance that he will pull through... Please don't think like that!!! I'll take control and step into that ER room and you're going to regret it! *growl* Gilbird. NO. You are not going to risk Matthew losing his life just to prove a point. I swear I'll-

My thoughts were cut off by someone hugging me from behind. I realize it is Lovino who was crying into my back. I sigh knowing he felt just as guilty about this than I did. I turn around and hug him close as he cried into my chest. I sigh and I also let out small whimpers as I hold back my wolf. It also surprised me when I feel Antonio bring us both in a hug. "Don't you two blame yourself. I'm sure it isn't your fault...I just hope he survives this..." Antonio tried to stay hopeful as he hugged us close. We all sat down as we waited for Feliciano, Ludwig and Kiku to show up. Antonio was holding Lovino on his lap as Lovino cried into his chest. I only rested my head on his shoulder as I tapped my foot nervously looking at the closed door waiting for the doctor to appear. Soon Ludwig, Feliciano and Kiku did show up.
