Mosspaw's POV:
"Hey, Lionblaze!" I mewed as I neared the golden warrior as he was just sunning on the ground.
"What is it?!" Lionblaze angrily mewed. Did I do something to make him mad?
"I have one question for you,"
"Well, make it quick." He growled.
"Do you know about the Dark Forest?" I asked.
Then he paused, tail twitching. I'm guessing he knew a lot. "Yes, but not entirely. Why'd you want to know?"
"Just curious."
"Of course, inquisitive apprentices, like always." He rolled his eyes.
"But what do you know about it?"
"I know it's dark... and... Why not ask Jayfeather? I think he's went to the forest before... I mean... Actually..." He stuttered.
"What? What are you trying to say?"
Then he sighed. "I've been there longer than he has,"
"Really? What do you know about it?" I repeated.
"I left intentionally." He strictly answered.
"How come?"
"I regret training there. I figured out that my Dark Forest mentor was taking advantage of me because I thought he was my kin,"
"Oh,"
"I don't like talking about it though. Please, just ask Jayfeather. He has more experience, okay?"
Then I nodded. "Okay, but thanks anyway!"
He gave no reply as I pad into the medicine den.
