I'm stunned and mortified
This can't be happening
She's kidding

"W-what do u mean he's d-dead" I stutter after a period of silence

"Oh tris" she pleads and hugs me "it's okay"she murmurs
"U r l-lying-g" I say sniffing
"Tris I swear I would never lie to U and I'm so sorry" she says

The sincerity in her eyes is all I need to break down into body racking sobs
How could caleb die?
He is strong ..he fought with is for a better future he isn't weak

He's smart too and worked with Jeanine
How could he be dead?

And now I'm the last prior
The last one to hold the family name
And if I'm gone ..
So does the rest of my family

After my sobs has turned weaker and could allow me to speak a little I started looking at Christina with her red puffy eyes and I'm pretty sure mine looks the same , only worst.

"H-h-how" I asked with a crack to my voice

She looks at me pitifully and started explaining
"Tris I don't know really" she sighs miserably
"But once i disappeared " she says looking guilty of her actions and betrayal

"We basically will and I went to California and when I had my baby .." She pauses fiddling with her fingers "We saw the caleb was the doctor "

Pride instantly filled me
"Anyways we became really close and we lived near each other , we really did forget about the past" she say Softly

"Then he was engaged to Susan, and a month before their marriage he had a patient " she says frowning "he would never tell anyone anything about him but Caleb seemed to put all his time into him"

"Ofcourse we heard that the patient died...I think spring maybe" she says sadly "and we received a call after a week.." She says choking "that he was murdered" she says

"I'm so sorry!" She cries putting her head into her hands

"It's okay" I murmur crying too
I try to remember last spring
It was that month that I had my first slap from four

I tried to connect to that coincidence
"Hey Christina ... What are u doing" I was broke out of my thought when I see Christina biting into her hand

"Chris-"
"TRIS STOP MAKING THIS HARD"
She shouts

"WHAT DO U MEAN ! HE'S MY BROTHER I CAN GRIEVE IF I WANT!" I shout back angrily

"Okay look I'm sorry" Christina says "but that's not all U need to know"

My heart sinks a little

"We got a video" she swallows hard

"F-four killed him tris"
