The Lost Girl (dumping ground)

PART 2 (Chapter 1)

That last month went fast. The 3 months I actually lived with Jack and liam went much faster. Well, I think I'm back at the dg.  Jack had been acting really suspicious and for the first time in weeks he didn't want me to walk home, instead he wanted me to walk to the dg. I hadn't spoken to Jody and Tyler since I left so I ended up walking back with Alex and Jordan. After a week we had both been put back into mainstream school, we didn't actually know that we were going to the same schools. Jody and Tyler really didn't like him so it was lucky that him and Alex hit it off.
"You two coming to the party tomorrow?" Jordan asked.
I looked at Alex, I knew it was all people from the year above and most of them were boys so if Alex wasn't going I definitely wasn't.
"Yeah, I'm coming." He replied.
Jordan wrapped his arm around me, "You gonna come?" That was a new thing too me and Jordan had started going out, and I was getting plenty of grief from Jack and Liam about it because according to them he was trouble. Jack didn't mind him until I got arrested with him. It wasn't nothing major it was just theft, and I didn't actually have anything to do with it. However according to Jack, ' I should've known he put alcohol in my bag.' Even after I explained it to him he still didn't believe me so we ended up arguing, which was the first arguments of many.
"Jess." Jordan clicked his fingers in front of my face snapping me out of my thoughts, "are you going to come it's at my place, not my parents."
"Yeah of course I'm gonna come."
Once we left him I looked at Alex, "You're definitely gonna come tomorrow right?" I asked.
"Yeah."
"okay good."
The closer we got to the house the more I felt sick. As soon as I saw Maddie's car and jack's car I wanted to turn around and not go inside. I felt like I did when I first got there. I just wanted to run. If I ran I'd be found anyway so I just got on with it and went it. As I expected Maddie, Jack, May-li and Scott were in the office. I couldn't even get passed there without getting caught because;
1. The blinds were up so they could see me clearly
And
2. I wasn't actually speaking to anyone in the house apart from Alex and he'd already gone upstairs.

I decided to just go in the office it would make my life easier in the long run. I knew exactly what was going to be said. I'd heard it all before and each time, I heard it, it hurt more.
"Jess, we need to talk." Maddie said as soon as I stepped into the office. I sighed and sat on the sofa.
"Me and you're brother have discussed living arrangements."
I glared at jack and then looked back at Maddie, "You haven't discussed at all," I snapped straight knowing exactly what she meant, "If it was discussed you would've be on my side Mads, but you weren't."
Maddie frowned sitting next to me, "It's not me your living with though."
Jack piped up then, "You know I don't want to do this."
"If you didn't want to do this you wouldn't have "discussed" it! You wanted shot of me and soon as Liam left to go on tour!" I yelled but I ended up bursting into tears and running to the bathroom before locking myself in it.
I wasn't expecting anyone to come and see if I was alright. I don't even think I was recognisable anymore, I dyed my hair blonde, had braces and had a completely different style. I was hoping someone would come and see if I was alright but I highly doubted it. After about 5 minutes, there was a knock at the door. I stayed silent.
"Jess." Maddie called. I remained silent, "Come back downstairs, jack's gone." As soon as she said Jack was gone I opened the door, but I was also crying alot more. She pulled me straight into a hug. I hated crying Infront of people and I would only do it if something had really upset me. I wasn't upset that I was being thrown back in care - well I was kinda upset - I was more upset that Jack had just gone without coming to see if I was okay. After Maddie eventually managed to get me to go downstairs. I told her everything. I told her that I'd been going out with Jordan and that Liam and Jack didn't like him. There were a few reasons why the main one was definitely because I got arrested with him, but I'd also gone back home one night with a hickey on my neck and a bruise up my arm. Ava had noticed the hickey before anyone and had pulled me to the side to cover it up. The bruise was alot more visible. Jordan did do it but only because he fell into me (well that's what he told me happened all I know was that it hurt), Liam and Jack didn't believe that at all though. I regretted telling Maddie because I knew she was getting suspicion of Jordan but she didn't really show it.
Scott put his hand on my shoulder, "Right, I'll help you take your stuff to your room."
I nodded and went with him.
