I had really bad lessons. English, Science, History, RE and French. It was also the first day I was meeting my one to one, so that wasn't the best thing either. I debated not showing up, but if I didn't show up Scott and May-li would've gone nuts at me. I actually walked to school with Jody and Tyler, well mainly Tyler, Jody wasn't speaking to me. English first. I mean I didn't despise English, I was good at it, I knew what was going on, J just didn't like sitting there. Jack and Liam also said they were going to get me tested for ADHD but alot happened, so they never did. I didn't even know where my seat was in any of my classes anymore, I'd been moved around so much. I walked into English and there was another teacher in the room, definitely my one to one, he was at the front of the class though, I never ever sit at the front. Jody and Tyler were at the front and I was 100% not sitting by them. I sat at the back, hoping that I wouldn't be moved. Me and Poppy were still speaking she didn't know the ins and outs of the relationship between me and Jordan tho. I sat next to her, obviously at the back. Then the teacher walked in.
"Jess, switch with Tyler." She said straight away.
"I'll switch with Jody." I replied, not wanting to spend an hour next to Jody.
"You'll do as I say."
I scraped the chair across the floor, because I knew she hated the sound, I glared at her and then switched with Tyler.
I slouched in the seat, I wasn't even by the wall, if I was by the wall it would've been better, but because Jack and Liam were adamant that a one to one would be good for me, I had to sit on the seat away from the wall cause I was next to him. He was actually really nice and funny, and he let me call him by his real name, Aaron. The hour still dragged, just sitting next to Jody was annoying me.
Science was next. A dreaded subject. I walked the longest way possible with Aaron only a few metres behind me. I felt someone put their arms around my waist and lean their head on my shoulder.
I looked up, "What do you want Jord."
"Answer your phone," his voice lowered and sounded more stern, "Someone's told the cops about drugs at the party last night, the cops are in your science class so keep your mouth shut, understood."
I nodded. I didn't even remember if there were drugs, it was Jordans party so if there were they would probably be strong drugs too. He kissed the top of my head, left me and then walked the other way. He made me go dealing with him once, look less dodgy if I have a girl with me. If was always his excuse, he just wanted me to do stuff for him, I was the puppet. As soon as I walked into science with Aaron closely behind me reality hit. One cop in there was Jack and the other was his mate, the one I had hit. He had a black eye and cut lip, I can't have been the only person to hit, I was drunk and had really bad aim. I don't know who I wanted to see least Jack or him. I sat in my usual seat that hadn't changed. It was in an awkward place tho middle-back, directly in view of Jack. I wouldn't look up, they were talking about drug and alcohol abuse, I had a lot of quick glances, everyone knew I was going out with Jordan and that he always had drugs on him, the police could never catch him with drugs tho. The hour dragged and it was about to finish, until one of the boys asked Nate (Jack's friend) about what happened to his eye and lip.
Nate quickly glanced at me before replying, "Ah see this is what happens when teenagers drink too much."
I looked down and wasn't planning on looking up until they'd finished the conversion.
"Did you do that?" Aaron whispered to me. I didn't say anything. "Lemme guess, that boy you were speaking to earlier your boyfriend right."
I nodded but still didn't look up.
The lesson finished and I finally looked up, Jack was glaring at me. I started to pack up, but I couldn't leave with apologizing, I waited around a little bit, well I didn't make it too obvious I just spent a lot longer putting my stuff into my bag. Jack kept glaring at me while I was doing it, I tried not to look at him, but as soon as I did my eyes start watering.
"sorry Nate. I was drunk and probably high." I rushed.
Jack's face dropped, "So he did have drugs!" He yelled, I'd got used to Jack shouting but even I jumped. Jordan was standing outside the class waiting for me. I wanted to run but I also needed to apologise. I just stood still.
Nate put his hand on Jack's shoulder, "It's ok Jess, just watch your fists next time." Nate said looking at me, I nodded and left the classroom.
I went outside with Jordan and just tried to pretend that I didn't just accidentally say Jordan had drugs. I was in my own thoughts for ages. I could smell Jordan smoking we were behind one of the buildings, it wasn't just us, Alex was there so was Jax, Connor, Mia and Sophie. I was the youngest, and not by months but by 2 years, I was 13 and they were 15 nearly 16. Jordan was the only one smoking, even though he did try and tempt me, smoking was one of the things I'd never done, I'd never done drugs either, well not on purpose, they'd probably been slipped into my drink before. I was thinking about everything. Mainly Liam and how I hadn't heard from him in ages, that's when I felt a burn on my arm, I looked at my arm and saw a cigarette but, then I looked up at Jordan who had put it out on me. I started crying and ran off....to Jack.
