Alec pov
"Alec Austin Anderson. You earned yourself summer classes so you better start behaving. Ms.Maddison said that to me earlier in class today," I laughed while telling Kyle and Colin how she always says my full name.I don't get it. Why do adults feel the need to use full name to point out something, like that would make any difference. My arms folded as I shook my head, finding it amusing.
"By the way, there is a new girl in town," I told Kyle and Colin. It seemed only Kyle piqued interest while Colin gave no reaction.
"New girl? Is she moving here?" Kyle looked at me puzzled. I just shrugged, "Also she was interacting with Seth. I'm pretty sure she saw me punch him too."
Kyle had a shocked expression, "Shit! Seth from the next town over?! What the hell was she doing interacting with him?"
I have no idea who in their right mind would interact with that dickhead, "That is why I conclude that she's new in town," my mouth naturally formed a smirk.
"Guys, I'm heading home. I need to study for Ms.Grayson's next class. She said we're going to have a quiz," Colin waved bye and left through the school's main entrance.
"Colin is such a smartass why the hell is he in summer class?" Kyle raised an eyebrow while looking at Colin walking away.
I scoffed, "Well you know what they say about having bad friends. That no one will believe that you are anything but bad yourself. Although, Colin just got caught at the wrong time."
"Let me guess you were trying to sneak out of the school with Ethan and Jess then Colin also got caught somehow," Kyle said not being surprised of my schemes anymore.
I applaud him for getting it right. "Yup, he was coming out of the toilet while we were sneaking around in the hallways. That's when the dean caught us."
I lifted my hand and gestured quote unquote with my fingers while mimicking the dean's voice, "I caught you guys red handed."
Kyle facepalmed, "There's a party at Joanne's later. You're going right?"
The reason why Kyle got in summer class is because he never does his homework. I do mines, well, sometimes, okay maybe never but it's a given that I'd end up here. Ditching classes cause I felt like it. Sometimes getting into fist fights over misunderstandings.
Apparently, according to Jess I'm the most hated student for a lot of the teachers as well. I prefer to think quite the opposite or else why would they bother?
"I'm not sure if I'm up for it. Cindy is kinda crazy. I don't want to bump into her at the party," I said while I jokingly shivered in fear.
Kyle later also left. I on the other hand met up with Jess and Ethan.
"Are we going to the abandoned jewellery factory or not?" Jess rolled her eyes. As for Ethan, he just drank away his favourite alcohol which was in a hydro flask.
"We are," I paused, "I think, cause I'm also thinking whether if I should give Blake a visit. He said he found my necklace."
Jess gasped, "He found your necklace?! That stupid jock?" she then proceeded to scoff.
I don't know why but Jess always hated popular guys or the jocks. She thinks they're overrated, so when she first met me she threw a whole tantrum. No idea why I would even fit into one of those categories. I let out a smirk as I thought to myself.
"Let's go to the abandoned place first then head over to Joanne's party," I suggested.
"Joanne is having a party? Finally! I get to see the rich side of the town and not feel awkward about being there," Jess cheerfully hopped around, "Now I'll actually have a reason to be there."
