Cecilia pov
I really needed to use the bathroom but he kept brushing it away. Telling me to be patient and genuinely smiling. It was weird experiencing a mixed of emotions.Thank goodness we snuck out and weirdly Alec dropped me off yesterday. Usually he'd go on his own way.
"Cecilia?" mother called out to me.
"Huh?" I snapped out of my thoughts and look at her.
"Why aren't you eating?" she smiled and continued talking with father. Her smile looks sweet and caring. Everyone loves mother's smiles they seem so innocent. Yet to me it looks sinister.
Lucas and Julia happily ate as they talked with aunt and uncle. While father and mother looked at each other lovingly. Blake's passed out in his room with a hangover.
Their smiles towards me feels cold and distant. Towards Julia and Lucas it feels warm and caring. Well, doesn't matter, they don't treat me badly so I guess it's fine.
As I think nothing about it, I decide to head to Kyle's. I heard everyone hangs at Kyle's place since his parents aren't around during summer. But his aunt forces him to hang out with her. Weird.
"I think I'll walk today. I wonder if Alec and the others have made up yet," I smile to myself as I walk out the house.
Finally, made it down to Kyle's street. The evening summer breeze felt quite relaxing. I seriously have never walked this much in my entire life. I would always be in a car.
Just as I was walking to Kyle's place I spotted Colin. Why's he all the way past over Kyle's place?
I walk towards Colin's direction while smiling to myself. It looked like he was taking unpacked boxes back to the house. Maybe that's where he lives, I've heard Alec, Kyle and Colin all live not that far from each other. I guess it's true.
"Colin!" I call out while waving my arms in the air and walking towards his direction. A girl with an elegant smile and dressing walked out the car that Colin was unpacking from.
She had a beauty mark on her left side of her lip, a bit above her chin area. It added to her elegant persona she was giving. Her eyes looked soft yet seductive. A model, was the first thought that came across my mind.
Her whole demeanour seemed mature. She planted a kiss on Colin's cheek. "Huh? His sister? Do sisters plant kisses on their bother's cheek? No, that'd be weird besides they both look about the same age. Cousin? That doesn't change anything. Maybe aunt?" I look at them perplexed.
A middle aged man with the typical dad bod walked out the house. He had the proudest smile on, "Colin's girlfriend! How are your studies in Europe?"
He laughed out loudly. "Call her by her name," Colin spoke in an uninterested manner. "Well! It's true that she's your girlfriend. When are you guys planning to be engaged? You should look into it quickly," the middle aged man spoke obnoxiously.
"Dad, just stop," Colin sounded annoyed but still had an expressionless face.
The model girl looked over at me with her soft dewy eyes. She smiled elegantly, that beauty mark really complimented her smile. "A relative?" she sweetly smiled while looking at me.
Colin looked over towards my direction and his expressionless face changed. He looked mildly shocked and frozen in place. The middle aged man soon looked over at my direction, "Ehh, probably Colin's classmate. Come, let's all go in."
I just stared at them blankly. As Colin was about to say something without changing my blank expression I walked away.
I headed over to a door that seemed damaged by couple of impacts. I knock on it furiously.
