He took one step, looked round, took another one, waited.

His antenna started to twitch.

I held on Liz for dear life. This was it.

I watched ITYWITI, or itty-witty as we called him started to search his surroundings like a dog looking for bone.

He was so adorable.

Awww.

He stopped right at the small rock salt we placed nearby.

His box mouth opened and his long arms took it from the ground and he gobbled it up.

He made some whirling sounds.

The composition of the given sample was displayed on his monitor. Then he pooped it back on the exact place he got it from.

I heard a sniffle. Liz was smiling and crying.

"Did we really do it Dave?"

I nodded or I would start crying too.

Then itty-witty dipped his long finger in potassium chloride solution and he showed the exact composition too.

Milk was the toughest, he took quite some time.

It was okay though.

Milk was a colloid with load of stuff but he did it.

Then she started screaming and I started screaming too.

Dr. A came running holding his diary up. "What? What?"

I ran to him and hugged him and jumped around. Liz joined soon after.

"Okaaaay, so you are not dying. Please kids, give me space. I do not like hugs." But he was holding us and rubbing our backs.

"Itty-witty works."

A huge grin plastered on his face.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah."

"I do not care if it works, it going to die if he eats my sofa."

Dr. A glared at our baby.

We watched his hands morph into a tiny scissors and trying to get the sample of sofa legs made of plastic.

"Bad baby. Bad baby. Itty-witty, No! You do not eat Uncle A's sofa." Liz picked him up and put him to his carrier to take a nap.

"I never thought I would ever say this but...I prefer Dr. A. Thank you very much."

"So, would you please check him and put him through some tests, sir?"

"Sure, I will be honoured." That was like receiving a Nobel prize. Liz started crying again.

Girls!

I only sniffled.

"If you guys do not mind, why itty-witty?" Dr. A was going through my codes.

"I Tell You What I Touched Is – ITYWITI." I announced proudly.

Dr. A was not impressed.

He stared at me and thought it was better to keep quite.

"Liz and I are the parents, we get to name our kid." Liz nodded. "But we could make you his god-fat..."

"Get out!"

Meanie.

"See you later, Uncle A." I announced as I closed his door and a thud was heard on the other side.

Robbie was ecstatic. He was so proud of me when I called him to share the happy news.

"God! I wish I were there. Tell me baby, what do you want? You were struggling real hard but you succeeded. I knew you could do this."
