17. Old Friends

MacCready POV

(Y/N) and I headed back to Sanctuary, there were way more people then before!

I moved out of the way of a bunch of giggling teenage girls who stopped to look at (Y/N) and me as she climbed out of the armour,

I could see out the coner of my eye that thye were pointing at me adn my cheeks flushed a little, (Y/N) noticed to.

she stepped closer to me adn wrapped her arms around my neck looking up at me with a sigh,

"what?"

I asked with a grin as i put my hands on her hips, she smirked back at me and ducked her head to place a gentle kiss right on my neck, another on my collar bone then gave me one on my lips.

her tounge brushed over my lips and i could feel my cheeks heat more as the kiss grew,

she pulled away and gave me one last look before letting go of me and heading towards her house,

"You coming?"

the girls from before had averted their eyes from me and (Y/N) and i followed her in, still a little light headed.

"(Y/N) you really didnt have to-"

i noticed her frozen in place, two people sitting on her couch.

Winlock and Barnes.

"what do you two want?"

i said standing beside (Y/N) and closing the door, i could see her hand resting on her gun ready to fire.

Winlock gazed at (Y/N) then at me,

"we said we would come for you if you were active in Gunner territory-"

i thought back to the past few days...
he was right.

(Y/N) and i had to cross Gunner territory to get to the Glowing sea.

i mentally face planted

"how much do I owe you?"

i said through clenched teeth,

"Im afriad were past that stage now."

More Gunners came out of (Y/N) bed room and the bathroom,

"crap..."

(Y/N) whispered as she raised her gun, but she didnt know who to point it to,
i did the same-

"Just remember RJ-"

A gunner moved behind (Y/N) and I,

"you brought this on yourself-"

the gunner behind us grabbed me so my arms were pinned to my side,

(Y/N) spun around and with accurite aim shot the gunner right through the head, he crumbled to the floor letting me go-

another gunner moved behind (Y/N) and neither of us was fast enough to stop him from raising the handle of his gun and smashing it down on (Y/N) head, her eyes rolled back into her head as she fell forward-

i went to catch her but then Barnes sprinted in front of me and pointed his gun so it was under my chin,

"not another move or ill shoot you and the bitch-"

he refered to (Y/N) and i sneered at him,

then i felt someting hard hit the back of my head and everything went dark...

(Y/N) POV

i woke up with my head throbbing and blood dripping down my forehead to the floor,
