All I feel is pain.

From head to toe

To every inch of my body.

I can't move. . .

I open my eyes and all I see is light.

I can hear some whispers but I cannot understand anything.

I can hear machines beeping

Where am I?

I want to speak but my throat's really dry

Water.....

Someone please give me some water....

Kaya lang bago pa nila ako marinig ay siyang muling pagsara ng mga mata ko.

I slowly opened my eyes and it starts to adjust with the light.

White ceilings

White place.

Am I in heaven? No I do not think so.

Hospital perhaps. . . But I doubt it.

So this is our house.

"She's awake." someone screamed from the door. It is my mom. I did not hear any footsteps but suddenly they were here on my side.

"How'd you feeling?" Tanong sa akin ni Carlisle. I can't speak coz my throat is really dry, but thanks I did managed it

"W---aaattt--err" and suddenly may malambot na bagay ang dumampi sa labi ko.

Maya maya pa ay mas maayos na ang pakiramdam ko. Salamat nalang din dahil nandito si Uncle Edward kaya hindi narin ako masyadong nagsasalita.

Ilang araw na din simula ng gumising ako but still meron pa ring mga nakakabit sa akin. Buti nalang at kahit papaano ay maayos ayos na rin ang pakiramdam ko though masakit pa rin ang masyadong paggalaw.

I heard a knock from the door at bumukas ito kasabay ng pagpasok ng mom ko.

"Mom" I said.

"How are you feeling?" Tanong niya sa akin ng makaupo na siya sa gilid ng higaan ko.

"Getting better" sabi ko and binigyan niya ako ng isang sad smile.

"What's the matter?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"I am really sorry"she touches my left cheeks.

"But you were there. You and dad, saved me" pag aalo ko nalang sa kanya.
"How did you find me?" Tanong ko.

"We cannot enter the boundary. They did not allow us to go in. So I've been calling you numerous times until Jake's nephew, Patrick, answered your phone. " oo nga pala naiwan ko sa truck ni Lea yung bag ko nung hinatid niya ako sa may boundary. "He said " please help her" and at that moment I know your in trouble. I am sorry, honey. I really am. "

"That's alright mom. please don't be" sabi ko nalang sa kanya then niyakap siya.

"I love you honey"

Ilang araw na ang lumipas pero hindi pa rin nila ako pinapapasok. Though balik sa dati na ang pangyayari dito sa bahay.pumapaok na silang lahat. Carlisle is working again at the hospital at kami lang ni Esme ang natitira dito sa bahay. Hindi pa rin ako pinapansin ni Nessy. Minsan ay binibisita din naman ako ng mga Quilletes.

"Emelie." Esme called then I heard a knocked from my door.

"Open" I said at iniluwal nga ng pinto si Esme.

"I need to go downtown honey and as much as I want you to come your mom said No" malungkot niyang sabi sa akin.

"That's alright" sabi ko naman sa kanya.

"Ow honey. I am really sorry. I'll be back very soon" she kissed me at my head then umalis na nga siya. at dahil wala na naman akong gagawin ay natulog nalang akong muli.

Nagising ako dahil sa pagring ng cellphone ko. I immediately answered it. It is my mom.

"Honey. How are you?" Bungad niya sa akin.
"I am fine mom" sabi ko habang nagpapahimasnas mula sa paggising ko.

"That's good to here. will you be okay for more couple of hours?"

"Yeah, why?" Pagtataka ko naman.

"We need to hunt, honey. All of us" she said. Kaya naman pala. Nakita ko rin kanina that Esme has black eyes.

"Yeah sure. I'll be fine promise" pag a assure ko naman sa kanya

"Ok, honey. Take Care." she said then binaba niya na ang Telepono. I went downstairs to watch T.V yet decided to go to Carlisle's library after a while. Hindi kasi talaga ako mahilig manuod. Masakit sa tenga ang ingay. I do not know how many minutes or hours had passed dahil sa pagbabasa ko. Lumabas nalang ako ng library when I felt hunger. Punta muna ako sa kusina to grab some food, kaya lang ilang kagat palang ako sa sandwhich na ginawa ko ay narinig ko ang doorbell.

Kumunot ang noo ko, sino kaya yun? None in our family uses doorbell. Bakit ka nga naman magdodoorbell sa sarili mong bahay. Pumunta ako sa may pintuan.

I opened the door and I am totally shock by who's on our doorstep.

"Volturi" I whisper to myself.
