Babysitting date (Requested/ Funny & Cute)

"I haven't been able to find a last minute babysitter during this case so I don't think I'll be going out tonigh-" Y/n's coworker JJ had said to her.

"I'll do it" Her and another voice said almost immediately. Herself and Spencer looked at eachother and slightly chuckled.

"Seriously guys?" JJ smiled.

Y/n looked at her. "Of course. You said a couple hours, right? How bad can it be? I love Henry!" She smiled.

"Yeah! Henry loves me as his godfather, we build some great LEGO spaceships" Reid exclaims almost bragging, making Y/n's eyes playfully roll.

"Oh yes thank you guys so much!" She said as she hugged Y/n over Reid. Y/n smirked in Spencer's face making him grin and bite at his lip as he shook his head.

Later that night

"Alright well I'll see you guys later, remember bath time by 6:00 and bed by 7:30. Brush your teeth and please try not to get melted marshmallow on the couch. I love you bud" JJ smiled to Henry as she kissed his head goodbye.

"Bye mommy!" He waved to her.

As soon as she was out the door, Henry took ahold of Y/n's hand.

"Come on, come on! These cookies aren't gonna appear like magic!" He giggled as they both ran into the kitchen.

"Hey! What about the legos?!" Spencer called out as he followed them.

"Would you like to join us Spencer?" Y/n said sweetly.

His cheeks began to brighten in color. "Oh uhm, sure!" He stuttered out.

Henry patted the seat between him and Y/n, causing him to mentally curse. As he sat beside Y/n, he couldn't help but steal a glance at her bright E/c eyes. Henry's giggle snapped him out of his trance.

"What's so funny?" He asked Henry, who smirked at him.

"You look at Y/n the way my dad looks at my mommy!" He exclaimed loudly.

Spencer's face immediately went into panic mode as he tried to stutter out an explanation.

"Spence.."

He turned to Y/n, who smiled at his bright red face.

"Yeah?.."

She leaned a little closer. His breathing hitched.

"..Could you pass me the chocolate chips please?" She whispered as Henry tried to sneak them under his shirt.

Spencer faced the kid that tried to tip toe out of the kitchen with an oddly big stomach. He chuckled and swooped Henry up, tickling him as he managed to get the chocolate chips back to Y/n.

"You've been defeated by undefeated Spencer Reid!! *explosion sounds*"

"Ahh!! Help me Y/n! Control your boyfriend!" Henry laughed.

Both faces turned red. Spencer placed Henry down.

The silence was broken by Y/n looking at the time. 5:59.

"Look at the that, bath time Hen. By the time we're back the cookies should be done" She said. Henry raced up the stairs as Y/n walked past Spencer.

"Y/n-.." He began.

"We'll talk later" She planted a kiss on his cheek and went up with Henry.

Silence filled the kitchen.

A took a few moments for Spencer to snap.

"Holy shit... she just kissed me.."

A bath and cookies later.

"Alright bud, time to go brush your teeth" Y/n told Henry.

"Just a little longer!"

"Go on, don't make me steal your toys"

Groaning, Henry stomped to the bathroom to brush his teeth, leaving Y/n and Spencer alone.

"..Look I'm sorry about what Henry has been saying about me being your boyfriend" Spencer spoke.

"Whats to be sorry about?" She asked.

"Has it not been obvious? I like you Y/n! And I've been to afraid to tell you because.." He stops.

"Because what, Spence?"

"Because.. I'm afraid you don't see me the same way" He looked away. "Go ahead.. laugh. Tell me how much of a loser I am to have a chance with someone like you" His voice full of hurt.

"Spence..-"

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have told you.." He starts to ramble again.

"Spence-"

"I'm sorry if I ruined are friendship.." He keeps going.

"Spencer!"

"What?" He finally turns to look at her.

And at that split second, Y/n took her chance. Grabbing his face and pulling him down to her level, kissing him with every inch of passion she had in her body. It didn't take long for Spencer to kiss back. Everything else disappeared as they melted into eachother. Clearly.

"Ehm!!"

Both bodies quickly separated as they looked down at the little boy staring up at them with a smirk.

"I knew it, Uncle Spence has a girlfrwiend!!" He cheered.

"Actually, do I?" Spencer looked hopefully over at Y/n.

She pretended to think about it with a playful grin before turning to look him in the eyes.

"Of course you do" She giggles.

"YEAH!!" Both boys cheered. Spencer swooped Henry up as all three jumped around and laughed in happiness.

The door unlocked as JJ and Will walked into they're house. Everything was clean and quiet. As JJ was about to head to Henry's room she saw all three curled up on the couch fast asleep. She smiled as she saw Spencer and Y/n's hands intertwined as their free arm wrapped around her son to keep him warm. She quietly crept over to them and turned the tv and lights off before heading to bed with Will.
