After a long week full of cases and running around, I was able to have a break and go to my favorite coffee shop which I hadn't been to in about a month. Since it wasn't very popular, I didn't have to wait in line.

"Spencer, haven't seen you in a while man, your usual?" Gavin, the worker I'd constantly see.

"Yes please" I chuckled.

"How's it been at work" He asked

"Same old stress and longer days. It's what I've worked for" I sighed and sat at my usual little table at the back of the shop.

As I pulled out my book to start reading, I heard the bell above the door chime. At first I didn't notice, until I heard a sweet voice.

I looked up from my book and noticed a beautiful girl with Y/h/c hair and gorgeous smile. I was so spaced out that I dropped my book causing me to jump and scramble to pick it up.

Way to go idiot

I quickly averted my eyes and looked back down at my table, picking at my nails feeling a little anxious now. I took a deep breath and went back to reading. Not 2 minutes later, I heard that same sweet voice. Only this time, it was talking to me. Standing in front of me.

"Hi there, I'm sorry to bother but would you mind if I sat with you? I just moved down here and well since it is empty in here, I wondered if you could use a new friend maybe?" She smiled, a small sparkle in her eyes.

"O-of course I don't mind at all" I smiled back and quickly stood to get the chair for her.

I swear I saw her cheeks darken as she sat down.

"Thank you, that's very kind of you" She smiled gratefully.

"I'm Spencer, Spencer Reid" I nodded.

"I'm Y/n, Y/n L/N" She giggled. "Pleasure to meet you Spencer"

"So h-how are you liking it so far out here" I asked.

"It's beautiful here. I come from a small town out in the middle of nowhere. It's nothing like this out there. The people aren't as kind and attractive as you are" A small grin at her lips.

I chuckled. "I wouldn't say so, I mean your gorgeous"

She blushed harshly and bit her lip as she looked down.

"Your a slick son of a bitch aren't you?" She teased.

"I haven't met anyone so straight forward before, am I wrong to be?" I smirked playfully.

She smirked back right as our drinks were set in front of us.

"Get your girl man" I heard Gavin whisper to me as he left.

I smiled softly at myself before looking back at Y/n.

"Hey are you busy tomorrow night? Maybe we could grab dinner and get to know eachother some more, if it's okay with you?" I fidgeted with my coffee cup.

"I'm completely free if it means spending more time with you good sire" She spoke in an accent.

I smiled as she pulled out a pen and grabbed my hand.

Soon after she smiled back and stood with her drink.

"Call me, Spencer Reid" She gave me a small peck of the cheek before taking her leave.

I blushed badly as I looked down at the phone number on my palm.
