Katya's POV
*Saturday 7pm*

"Fuck, it's been forever since I was here." Adore and I walked through the doors of the bowling alley. Tyler had invited all of us to come hang out like we used to. I couldn't say that I was the most excited about it but I needed to talk to Tyler. I was surprised as hell when he texted me.

"I'm going to get snacks."

"Of course you are." I shook my head as I sat down. I unlocked my phone and looked at Trixie's number. I thought about texting her all week but I couldn't think of what to say. I didn't think that a simple hey or hi or how are ya would do anything for the conversation. I set my phone down beside me as I rubbed my forehead.

"Katya." I turned away and smiled when I was Tyler standing behind me.

"Hey dude."

"Hey. Don't I get a hug?"

"I guess I can do that." I stood up and hugged Tyler. The hug was unexpected but nice. "How have you been?"

"I should be the one asking you that, but I'm good. How was Russia and all that?"

"It was nice, I miss it."

"Are you gonna go back?"

"I don't know get. Depends what is here for me."

"Your family, your friends."

"Yeah, I know."

"What changed?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you had your whole life planned out here, you never planned on leaving. What changed?"

"I don't know."

"Was it my sister?"

"I knew that was going to come up."

"Then that means you have answers right?"

"I mean, we started a thing and that thing ended. Not much of anything else to say."

"Katya, I know you aren't a bad person. I know that better than anybody, so why was my sister left broken hearted?"

"I'll tell you the same thing I told everyone else, I wasn't what she wanted. At that party I had, the night before I just up and left, it changed everything Tyler. I was going to ask Trixie out, you know, tell her how I actually felt. That didn't happen. Milk showed up before Trixie did and told me what Trixie was saying to Shea and Kim. She wasn't happy so I decided that we would be better as friends. I looked for her the rest of the night so I could explain things a little more but she was no where to be seen. But shit when I did see her, she was kissing Milk. My heart shattered man, like a thousand pieces, maybe more than that. I still haven't bounced back fully but I can say her name without feeling physical pain so I guess I've healed a little."

"Damn."

"I'm sorry that I didn't tell you even after I left I didn't say shit. I guess I didn't know how to tell you."

"Katya, you were my best friend you could have told me anything. Listen, I know you were treating her right because that's just how you are. Relationships go two ways so I don't just blame you for whatever happen with you both. I know Trixie is a handful. I have known her for her whole life. She is a mess at times but that is a part of what makes Trixie well Trixie."

"I wish I could have known that before."

"If you talked to me you would have, but it wouldn't have changed anything."

"Alright alright, don't go rubbing it in. And you're right, I would have loved her the same."

"I'm not, but it's good to see you again."
