MILES SIGHED AS HE made his way through the underground building taking a look around. "jesus." miles muttered underneath his breath as he saw the weapons and all sorts of dangerous technology around him. he looked behind him to make sure no one was watching him as he grabbed a weapon from the rack, before rushing through the halls. miles stopped in his tracks as he heard screaming. "MADISON?!" miles shouted as he ran towards the sound. he sighed in frustration seeing no sign of madison and decided to investigate on who was screaming. he quietly made his way in seeing sydney and alex tied up.
sydney and alex began to sigh in relief seeing miles. "what the hell happened to you guys?!" miles exclaimed. miles quickly pulled off the things tied around their mouth. "we got caught." alex huffed. "d-did they get out safely?" alex asked. "yeah, they're okay." miles said softly. "i can't find her." miles huffed. "she's not here." miles spat. "yeah, that's because she escaped." sydney said causing miles to turn his head towards her. "the guards, they talked about her escaping last night." sydney explained.
"we were right! she was here!" miles said happily. the sound of footsteps causing miles to turn around. "we'll come back for you guys. it won't be long." miles said before rushing out of the room.

meanwhile, haley was at miles's house as she was looking over the blueprints. "there's gotta be another way in." haley said to herself. the sound of footsteps caused her to turn. "who's there?" haley exclaimed as she grabbed her bat ready to swing it at anyone she didn't know. haley gasped in shock as she dropped her bat running up to the person she saw before her. "I-i missed you so much." haley sobbed as she hugged madison. "w-we never gave up on you." haley smiled. "w-where's miles?" madison asked as she saw no sign of him. "w-we were just looking for you." haley said softly.
"h-he's in the lab. looking for you." haley said. "we have to get them out of there." madison said quickly. "w-what happened in there?" haley asked. "you don't wanna know." madison said. "all that i can tell you is that miles is going to get killed if we don't get them out of there." madison said.
"we can't just barge in there." haley pointed out. "haley, you don't understand. these men, are bad." madison said. "t-they're bringing the monster back." madison said leaving haley in shock. "h-how? w-we killed it." haley said. "no time for that. we have to go, now." madison said as she rushed out of the house as they made their way to the car. "how do you suggest we get in there?" haley asked as she started the car. "trust me there's a way through the back, that's the way i escaped." madison said as they made their way to the lab.
"w-wait, are you sure you wanna be using your powers once we get in?" haley asked worriedly. "y-you just escaped." haley said. "i got this." madison said surely. "okay." haley huffed as she stopped the car.
madison made her way out the car as she snapped the guards neck with just a tiny movement of her head. "let's go." madison said as they made their way into the lab. "MILES?!" madison shouted. "MILES?!" madison screamed as she ran. "madison wait!" haley exclaimed as she chased her. madison heard the sound of groaning and screaming causing her to run into the room. she quickly used her powers to choke the men snapping their necks causing them to collapse to the floor.
madison smiled happily as she ran towards miles untying him before pulling him into a tight hug. "I-i thought you were gone." miles sobbed. "i-i came back for you." madison smiled happily. "i couldn't leave you behind." madison said softly. "i-i called you every night." madison smiled. "i called you every night for-"
"months. y-yeah i-i heard." miles smiled. "i-i never gave up on you." miles smiled. "sorry to interrupt your lil lovers quarrel but we have to get the fuck out of here before we all die." alex said as haley was untying them. "i agree. my ass hurts." sydney said. "i-is flora okay?" miles asked worriedly. "yeah, she's fine. she's with my aunt." haley said. "your aunt?" they all said. "i'll explain later. let's get out of here." haley said leading them out.
"i don't think so." the guards said surrounding the group. "quick madison do that thing." alex whispered. "what thing?" miles spat. "you know blow them up." alex joked weakly. "this is not the time man." sydney whispered. "right sorry." alex whispered. madison used her powers breaking the guards arms and throwing them against the walls. "leave my friends alone." madison spat before limping. miles quickly put his arms around her waist helping her out.
they rushed getting into the car making their way out. "they're on our tail!" sydney exclaimed. "i'll lose them hold on tight!" haley shouted as she stepped harder on the gas pedal as the car began to go faster than she expected. "i'll handle this." madison said as she stuck her head out the window using her powers to flip the cars over. "m-madison you're using your powers too much. rest." miles said softly. "n-no, it's okay. i'm okay." madison smiled. "woah, woah where are we going?" sydney asked as haley parked in the middle of nowhere. "c'mon let's go." haley said leading them out.
haley banged on the door to her aunts cabin as she opened it tiredly. "what?!" joyce exclaimed, calming down as she saw the group at her door. "please, let us in." haley sighed. joyce quickly moved to the side letting them in. miles helped madison to the couch letting her rest on his shoulder. "good to see you joyce." alex smiled before flopping down on the couch.
"do you have ice packs?" sydney asked. "y-yeah in the freezer." joyce replied. "okay, what the hell is going on?" joyce asked haley. "it's a long story but we won't be here long." haley said softly. "miles!" flora exclaimed happily as she ran towards miles giving him a huge hug. "madison you're back." flora smiled. "y-yeah, yeah i am." madison smiled. "miles couldn't stop thing about you." flora said. "oh really?" madison chuckled as she looked at miles causing him to blush. "thanks for telling her flora." miles said nervously. "anything else you wanna tell her?" miles gritted through his teeth.
"oh! um that we missed you." flora smiled. "i missed you too." she smiled. "i'm glad i'm back home." madison smiled.
