= Haruhi's POV =
Mother asked me to go home ASAP and bring Ken-kun along with me.
After our lunch, Rei-san picked us up.
What's the reason?
She said, father called and he now knows about me and Ken-kun.
At the Dragon Room, at the furthest part sits my father.
My father is what you call an intimidating father stereotype. He has black hair like mine and dark brown eyes like Aki-onichan. He wears a maroon business coat over his white turtle neck long sleeves, dark khaki slacks and shiny oak brown leather shoes.
How intimidating he is? Well, he has eyes of a dictator or a shonen manga villain like that principal from Assassination Classroom.
He was reading a pre-released sports magazine featuring him on the cover. He might be checking for errors or some sort because likes doing that.
I looked at Ken-kun beside me.
He appeared to be nervous. I can't blame him. My father emitted a sinister aura greater than my grandfather or my mother had.
Of course, I'm worried. Not knowing what my father might say to us
I lived in this house with my father, but I still felt there wasn't much connection between us. We do talk from time to time when we get a chance to eat together, but mostly he likes to keep it brief for his busy schedule.
"Oh you're here." Father said.
"Good afternoon, father." I bowed while Ken-kun did the same.
"And who might this be?" He asked.
"This is Kentaro Oda, my boyfriend." I answered.
"I see." He said. "So we meet again, Oda-san."
"Again?" Ken-kun said. "So we already met-"
"Yes, years ago." Father said. "And from what you said, it seems not all of your memories have come back."
"Father." I interrupted. "This is the reason why I asked for you."
"You want to know everything that happened years ago?" He asked. "Alright, I'll get straight to the point."
He stood up and strool his way to us.
"Oda-san here and his buddies at their student council have crossed path with something dark." He looked at Ken-kun. "Though, I won't talk more about it anymore for our family's self preservation."
"Excuse me, Sir." Ken-kun raised his hand as if he was a student mustering his courage to ask a teacher without making him angry. "Can you tell us why you won't tell what happened years ago?"
"You really are hard headed as I remembered you." My father smirked. "Still won't tell, though."
My father slowly walks closer to us while somehow Ken-kun and I moved a step away. Probably both of us were thinking he is really dangerous.
"About you're relationship." Father said. "I'm sad to say Ken-kun but my daughter here has already been engaged to someone else."
"Eh?!" Both Ken-kun and I said in surprise.
"Of course the two of you wouldn't know yet, because the decision was just recent." Father said. "Haruhi's official fiance to the Hashimoto's is the son of a dear friend of mine."
"Wait, how could you-"
"Are you speaking in that tone to me young lady!" Father stopped me from speaking.
