Jack's POV

What was she trying to say about Manny?! More importantly, where did she go!

Tears are streaming down my face.  Maybe I'll never get back home.

There's no such thing as a parallel world.  Right?

Well, it does explain  the other me. And also the attacks from the this worlds supposed Guardians.

I stop dead in my tracks.  If that means, there's this world's version of people from my world, that could mean...

My face is wet with tears and sweat. I dare not to move a single muscle, causing my mortal body to scream in resistance.

That tune, that awful, awful tune.  Will its haunting ever come to a stop?

"What's that lit-tle speck in your eye?" That dark voice is followed by a low chuckle.

"No, impossible!" I whisper under my breath.

The voice laughs again, "Jack Frost, you almost made me impatient by how daft you are."

My eyebrows furrow as I stare down the towering shadow before me, "Pitch."

It smiles, revealing white spiked teeth.  I can identify his glaring yellow eyes.

"I know you're not from here, Jack." He smiles deviously.  My hands are clenched into fists.

"Oh? And I suppose you know that there are two Jacks here, so we can defeat you twice as easily." I challenge.

His smile doesn't waver, "You're correct, but you are two powerless boys."  He slithers around me, making me whip around.  He cackles.

"Jack, what's wrong? Giving me the cold-shoulder?" He laughs loudly.  I say nothing, cautious of every move he might make.

"Tell me, Jack!" He exclaims causing my heart to jump a little. "What exactly is that little speck in your eye?"  I glare at the evil spirit.

"I don't know what you mean!" I growl.

He places his hand on his chin, "You'll find out soon enough.  However, you're annoying," Oh, I'm annoying?

He continues, "So, I want you gone.  Go back to your world."

My face is glistening with sweat, "I...don't know how." I hated admitting this, but I'm for sure the one who wants to leave this stupid world behind.  But I have to find (f/n) first.

He cracks a smile again, "Oh, but I do, Jack."

"Tell me!" I demand.

He huffs, "By the moon, of course."

My eyes widen, "What do you mean 'the moon'? That's where Manny is."

Pitch rolls his eyes, "Stupid boy.  This moon, 'Manny', is an acronym.  Hasn't anyone told you that before?"

"A-An acronym?" I stutter, taken back by the words.

"Manny technically means 'Mobile Automatic Nebulous Navigation Yonder'."

Looking at him confused, "What on earth does that mean?"

Pitch sighs, "It means, the moon is the bridge between our two worlds."

"How?!  How do I use Manny to get back home?" I plead.

"Simple," Pitch says in a matter-of-fact tone of voice. "Stand in a beam of moonlight, and jump."

"Jump?" I stammer out.  Pitch nods.

"Physically, you don't belong here.  You're  flaw in physics, Jack.  Now go home." Pitch shoos me away.

"But, what about (f/n)?" I ask, concerned.

Pitch sighs in annoyance, "She's already back home. Now, can you leave now?"

I turn to see moonlight peeking through the leaves of the trees.

"T-Thank you." I mutter out with great difficulty.  No matter how much I despise Pitch,  my world's Pitch is gone.  All I can do now is return to my home.

I do as instructed and stand in the moonlight.  I smile, and jump as hard as I can to be greeted my an intense white light.

I smile widely, "I'm coming home."

Pitch's POV

He's not so different from the Jack I know.  They're still stupid as ever.

He was so eager to return, that he doesn't realize that he has a speck in his eye.

A speck of my black sand.

I can't help but laugh.  Being able to control two worlds at once?  Sounds like a dream come true.
