Arriving at the new camp with Micah, all of the tents were being set up, Pearson and Arthur were unloading the wagons, Bill was obviously no help at all. Stood by a tree watching, bottle in hand.
Looking over at Dutch's grand tent, You could see him and Molly squabbling. Again. You shook your head pitifully.
"Always arguing those two." You mumbled to yourself.

Micah chuckled at your comment, almost as if he was going to retaliate with a comment of his own, but reframed.

Slipping off of Baylock, you looked back at Micah and smiled.
"Thank you Micah."
"No problem." He replied as he got off of the horse and stood by you. Looking down into those lovely, lovely eyes.
Micah couldn't deny, that no matter how much your attitude annoyed him sometimes, he really struggled to stay mad at you.

Smiling, You both headed into the new camp. Micah had subtly placed a hand on your lower back as you wandered into the camp. Looking around, you saw Kieran along the edges setting up a tent. Presumably yours.

"I'm gunna go help Kieran, see you later Cowboy." You teased as you pulled yourself from his gentle grasp.
Micah tightened his grip at a playful attempt at stopping you, but you managed to slip away and walk off.
He chuckled as he continued to walk into the camp, looking over at you occasionally.

"Hey Kieran!" You yelled as you jogged over and waved at your brother.
"(Y/N)! There you are. Was starting to worry. You get here okay?" He asked you as he clapped his hands together a few times to get the dirt off of them.

"Yeah. Was fine. Came across a camp full of Lemoyne Raiders. They'd captured Tony, you remember Tony?" You began to explain.
Kieran furrowed his brows in deep thought for a moment.

"Tony...Tony...oh yeah! I remember Tony. He was one of the good ones. Where is he now?"
"Well, he's got his own camp someplace, he's left Colm."
"Good for him. Help me get the rest of the stuff unpacked would ya?" Kieran asked as he headed over to a wagon.
You agreed.

Once you had finished you changed out of your work clothes and back into jeans.
Heading out of your newly put up tent, you looked over the new camp.
It was...so surreal. Even though the move was so rushed, the camp looked homey and stable. Not bad living.

As you meandered through the camp, you saw Sadie and Pearson yelling at each other. As you walked by, Sadie looked you at you and scowled. You nodded, attempting to be friendly but she only pulled a face and continued her work.
That woman. She's been through a lot. More than you had. All because of O'Driscolls. You weren't surprised she didn't like you.

You sat down at a table by the women's wagon and looked over at the beautiful sparkling river. Micah was stood, as usual by a tree sharpening his knife. He hadn't actually noticed you but you smiled at him regardless. His rugged appearance, rough attitude and harsh words...something about all of that; wasn't so bad in your eyes. You found it endearing and interesting. Apart from the whole 'sleep with every woman you lay your eyes on' thing.

Your thoughts clouded, you didn't notice the jolly Irish man approaching you, until he wrapped his arms around your neck from behind and rubbed his knuckle on your head, causing your hair to knot.

"There she is! The Kindest O'Driscoll i know!" Sean chirped.
This caught Micah's attention. He lifted his gaze to watch the interaction between the two of you.

You managed to escape from Sean's playful headlock and attempt to sort out your hair as he sat down beside you.
"You look fine, don't fuss lass." Sean encouraged as he took hold of your arm and placed it on he table gently.
You laughed awkwardly at the little gesture. You were a little on edge because you knew Micah was watching from smack bang in front of you. Please Sean don't say anything stupid.
