"Oh O'Driscoll!" You heard Micah yelling. Causing you to be awoken from your beautiful sleep. You grumbled and rolled over at an attempt at ignoring him. That was until he opened your tent, letting the sunlight shine directly onto your face. You tightly closed your eyes and pulled the blanket over your face.

"Care to explain?" Micah asked.
"Explain what?" You grumbled as you began to emerge from the sheets.

Peaking over, you saw Micah holding your shawl.
"Yeah? What about it?"
"This is yours. Meaning, you were with me last night. I'd like you to explain the intense migraine that I have along with what the hell I did last night." Micah said in a low voice as he leaned forward and sat on the bed.

"How do you know it's mine?" You asked him, curious. "You clearly don't remember a thing so...how can you be sure it's mine?"

"That's Irrelevant. Now tell me goddammit." Micah grumbled, seeming to be getting a little agitated.

You fully sat up with a sigh to address him.
"You got drunk with Javier, told him you loved him and tried to get me into bed with you. Happy?" You stated.
Micah's expression shifted. He seemed on edge and embarrassed.

"Oh shit..." he sighed as he rubbed his forehead.
"Ah don't worry about it! You and Javier had a swell time. No harm done." You attempted to cheer him up as you placed a hand on his arm.

He lifted his gaze and looked at you. Eyes filled with guilt.
"You aren't...mad at me?" Micah asked.
"Of course not. You were actually pretty sweet last night. I wouldn't have given you my shawl If I was mad would I?" You asked with a smile.
"Guess not." Micah said as he put your shawl on your lap.

"Well. I'm gonna get something to eat and something for this headache before we head out." Micah decided as he stood up.

"Oh I've got something for that." You offered as you bent down and reached underneath your bed to pull out a small tonic bottle. You read the label to double check before gently throwing it to him.

"Take that, headache will be gone in minutes." You said as you pushed the blanket off of you and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Thanks darlin'." Micah thanked you as he left the tent.
A smile appearing on your face, you pulled yourself from your bed and prepared yourself for the day. Brushing your knotted hair, you began to make an extra attempt at looking presentable, before you quickly thought 'what am I doing?', then left it alone.
Today was also a jean day. Reasonable choice considering you planned to do a lot today.

You started the morning by feeding your beloved January a few oatcakes and chatting to Kieran a little bit. In the process he dropped a few hints that he had wanted some burdock root to make horse medicine. Not asking you directly which annoyed you, but he always did this so you let it slide. You'd find some for him later, you knew where it grew.

After you yourself had snacked on a few crackers and a quick coffee you headed over to round the back of the wagon to feed the chickens. As you came to them, you were met with Sadie who was already in the process of feeding them.
She shot you a stern look but didn't speak to you.
Taking the hint, you retreated back to the camp and decided on moving the hay bales instead.

Micah was sat at the table with a coffee watching you work around the camp. He loved the way your little face turned super serious when you were working.
John meandered over and saw him.
"You know, you could help, instead of just looking." John suggested in a sharp tone.

John and Micah had never gotten on and it is doubtful that they ever will. But, in this moment in time, John actually made a good point.
With a huff, Micah finished his coffee in one swig and headed over to you.
John was stood there in absolute shock that Micah had not only listened to him, but was actually attempting some work.
