A/N: the trailer is up and linked above! Enjoy!!!

Two entire months of summer. Two entire months of work. Two entire months of assholes giving me a hard time at Carsons, and two entire months of only speaking to my best friend through a screen. One more week, that's all it is, just one more week of working, one more week until he's home and then we're off, we're going to be off to New York together, and I'm horrified.

I've never been the one to shy away from crowds, or conversation. I'm an open book mostly, talking to the nearest brick wall if it's all I've got around... but it's New York. Of course we take little trips to the city when we're looking for fun, of course I've been to tour campuses, and to scope out apartments with my parents and Harry, but as of right now, Harry, and Jason are the only two people I will know within the school. Hunter will be there too from what I remember but he's not at NYU.

I wish more than anything right now I could just go home and wallow in fear there, instead of working another damn shift. I've been sat once more, not shocking. I pull the short uniform skirt down, and walk up, my eyes set on my pen and pad.

"Welcome to Carsons, can I get you one of our world famous shakes?" I ask, waiting for the reply.

"I'm not really a shake kinda guy." I close my eyes at the sound of his voice, not even looking. There's no way. "But if you have any suggestions, I could try one out." He speaks again, and there's no denying it. I open my eyes, and look at the pad, but notice the outline of his figure in front of me. He's standing there, and now he's crouching, moving the pen and pad down so he can look into my eyes. "I'mmm baaack." He smiles, and I drop the pen and paper, launching myself.

My arms latch around his neck, and he welcomes it, lifting me as his arms as they hook around my waist. "Hey Goldie..." He basks, and I smile, god I missed him so damn much.

"What the hell are you doing here? I thought you were coming home next week?" I ask as he places my feet back on the ground.

"I missed home so I switched my flight around... I wanted to spend time here before we leave Saturday... and I missed you." He tells me causing heat to rise in my chest. All I can do is look at him, almost not believing that he's actually home again. "When are you off?" He asks, and I look around, seeing the empty diner.

"Give me a second." I tell him, pushing my pen, and pad to his chest, and walking away. I practically skip back to the counter, seeing Carson at the computer.

"There's my Mari, another problem?" He asks, and I shake my head.

"The opposite actually." I point behind me, and he sees Harry, standing, leaning against the booth he was sitting in.

"He's home! I thought he wasn't coming back for another week?" He asks me, his thick canadian accent coming through.

"He said he missed home, and me... which brings me to my next question..." I clasp my hands together in front of me, rocking back and forth on my feet.

"You don't even have to ask, just come back tomorrow alright? I've still got you for another week, don't ditch me just yet." He tells me, and I lean over the counter, my feet hanging down as I do. I kiss his cheek, and jump back down.

"Thank you Carson! I'll see you tomorrow!" I back away, and run back to Harry. "Let's go!" I grab his hand and practically drag him from the restaurant.

"Don't you have to work?" He asks, and I shake my head, spinning around, and pulling my hair from the tight ponytail on my head.

"Mama's got the day off, let's go, I miss your mom." I skip to his car, and I hear him laughing behind me as he jogs along to his car.
