The Ink Of Her Emotions

Yoosuf عليه السلام

The most handsome of men to walk the face of this earth,

A prophet and the son of prophets,

Went through alot that we can never perceive..

From the house of his beloved father,

To playing with his brothers and then dumped in a well,

And then brought to the palace where Allah exalted him..

From the palace where he was innocent,

To the prison where he interpreted dreams,

And then back to the palace as a minister..

A beautiful incident we can all derive lessons from,

Is the chapter of the Qur'an,

that speaks about nothing else but him..

When Zulaikha locked all the doors,

And approached Prohet Yoosuf,

And tried to seduce the prophet of Allah..

Our prophet Yoosuf (a) ran towards the doors,

Away from the sin that invited Him,

With Zulaikha running behind Him..

And there they met the Azeez,

With the back of Yoosuf (a) shirt torn,

And Zulaikha claiming that He intended bad upon her..

How was it possible that the Azeez was there,

When all the doors were locked,

For when indulging in sin you get into an enclosure..

It is said that when you run towards Allah,

He unshackles the locks and opens unimaginable doors for you,

And thus did He open the locks for Yoosuf (a)..

A witness came forth from her family,

He didnt take sides, but his judgment was fair,

Against her, but infavour of him..

Such are the slaves of Allah,

Running to Him before anything could lead them to sin,

For jannah is made for the sinners who repent..

The prophets of Allah,

Are the Mercy of Mankind,

From them do we learn lessons for life..

I ask Allah to help both you and me,

When we face the trials of this life,

And make us all worthy for the eternal abode, Jannathul Firdaus..
