"I can't believe your dad owns this shop Crystal! You're so lucky. I mean you get to play with all these furry creatures all the time" i said looking into a rabits cage. "I'm glad we became friends again i missed you! I mean our fight was pretty bad last time, and I'm over the whole boyfriend thing, Crystal mentioned to me smiling. Come see this snake Hailey, Crystal said leading me to a cage in a dark corner. I saw a snake curled up in the big glass cage. It was pure black its yellow stripes were glowing. Crystal opened the top trap door of the cage. "Are you crazy Crystal" i said backing away. "This snake is special you see, he doesn't bite. We've had him for a while and everyone has picked him up he isn't aggressive Hailey." "No thanks Crystal" i replied. She pulled the snake out and held it, as it slithered around her arms. You can hear the scaley skin scratching her arms. "Just pet it Hailey, you know you want to" Crystal said pushing the snake up towards me. I started to shake and tremble as i slowly reached out. My hand grazed the snakes rough skin. It's eyes followed my movement, shining red in the darkness. It bared its teeth. It shot forward sinking its fangs into my skin. A burning feeling coarsed through my veins. "Ouch!" I screamed as it removed its long sharp fangs. "I thought you said this snake doesn't bite people Crystal!" "I lied Hailey, i guess you can call it payback for taking my boyfriend from me last summer." "You said you forgave me Crystal?" "I also said this snake didn't bite. But don't worry you've been bit and now you won't be able to steal anyones boyfriend again" Crystal said putting the snake back into the glass cage. "I said i was sorry Crystal. I need a rag I'm bleeding from the bite." "A rag is useless now Hailey" she said walking away from me. I felt strange. The burning feeling from the bite transformed into a dizzy feeling. I was light headed. I started to itch. My skin was peeling off. "WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME!" I yelled. My skin fell to the floor. Everything around me was getting bigger. No i was shrinking. I had new skin now. Black skin, with yellow glowing stripes. Crystal came back holding a cage. The cage was giant compared to me. Crystal leaned down and picked me up. My skin was scaley and rough. I was a snake. "I told you I'd pay you back one day Hailey" Crystal said sticking me into a small cage.
