Jin POV

It was midday which meant it was lunchtime for the children. I watched as each of them pulled out their lunchbox and sat with their friends, well all of them did except for Yoongi. He sat at a cubby by himself and quietly played with a toy car while munching on his grapes. I slowly approached him and sat in the chair next to him.

"Mind if I join you?" I quietly asked.

He looked at me a little cut off guard, but shook his head. I grabbed my lunch and sorted it out on the table next to his.

"Do you like kumamon?" Yoongi quietly asked me, taking a bite of his interestingly made pb&j sandwich.

"I think they're cute. Say uh, who made your sandwich?" I asked.

Yoongi giggled, "My appa made it for me...but he always puts the bread on wrong and he nearly cuts himself on the knife when he tries to make it."

"He sounds clumsy." I grinned.

"He breaks things a lot. Like one time he dropped a vase and my mo-his girlfriend got really really mad.." Yoongi trailed off and he got a frown on his face.

I looked at him concerned and put a hand on his shoulder. He looked at me and I gave him a sympathetic look and he looked away. I frowned but let him be as I ruffled his hair and went off to prepare the next lesson for the day.

--

The day was coming to a close and the children were getting more and more anxious by the minute as it approached time to go home. I passed out the first assignment of the year which was to have the children talk about themselves. I gave each child one and put the leftovers up front. I walked back to my desk as the children all waited for their parents to show up.

Only 10 minutes went by and every child except Yoongi had gone home. He quietly sat in the corner by himself playing with blocks. I went over and sat next to him.

"My appa is always late getting me because my brothers school never gets out on time." Yoongi explained, putting the blocks in alphabetical order.

"That's alright, I can wait. Besides, my two boys don't get out of school for another 30 minutes anyway." I explained, ruffling his hair.

Yoongi looked at me, "You're nice Mr Jin. I wish my mommy was nice like you."

I frowned a little, "She's not nice?"

"She left us, but she was always really mean to my appa. I didn't like it but I couldnt help him because I was scared. But its okay now because shes gone and my appa is happy!" Yoongi explained, a gummy, toothy smile forming on his face.

I couldn't help but to smile back, "That's great! My twins mommy left us too and she wasnt very nice either. But now I'm happy again because my sons are happy!" I explained.

Yoongi was happily talking about everything that was happening at his house. He told me about Namjoon's clumsiness, Jungkook throwing up and Hoseok crying about it, just everything. I have to admit, it was sweet to hear him talking so much.

Though, the one person he wouldn't stop rambling about was his appa. The man was like a hero to him. He told me about how he reads them stories in funny voices, plays with them, and how he tries to cook for them but fails so they order food instead. However, the one thing that really stuck with me was when Yoongi told me about how patient Namjoon was when Jungkook wont stop crying.

Apparently Jungkook has meltdowns randomly and Namjoon has to craddle him while he kicks and screams, but he never yells at the baby to stop. Instead, according to Yoongi, his appa strokes his head and cuddles him until the infant is calm. Yoongi made it seem like Namjoon was this super hero, but I can't help believing him.

"Yoongi?" Namjoon called from the door way. Speak of the devil.

"Appa!" Yoongi exclaimed, running to his appa's arms.

"Oh I missed you so much!" Namjoon said, hugging his son close and kissing his head.

"Appa! Mr Jin played blocks and cars with me today!" Yoongi beamed.

Namjoon looked at me with a grateful look on his face. "Did he? Wow buddy that's awesome! Go collect your things and then we can go home and make lamb skewers okay?"

Upon hearing lamb skewers, Yoongi ran off to gather his things. I looked at his father and grinned at him.

"He was very well behaved today." I reported.

He sighed in relief, "I was so worried because usually his first day anywhere is horrendous, but thank god it wasn't today."

I couldn't help but chuckle, "By the way, when you make a sandwich, the pieces of bread lay the same way." I teased.

His cheeks went red with embarrassment. "Yah that little rascal.."

Yoongi, as if on cue, appeared at his father's side and pulled his pant leg. Namjoon picked him up and pinched his cheek. I smiled at the sight.

"Also, I don't mean to pry, but um Yoongi mentioned his mother today while we were playing with the blocks. I just wanted to say I understand and I'm grateful that he has a father like you." I explained.

Namjoon smiled wide and let me tell you, those dimples are to die for okay?

"That means a lot, thank you so much really. I don't know how I could repay you for my son having such a good day today." Namjoon smiled at me.

"Seeing him happy is good enough for me. I'll see you in class tomorrow, yeah?" I said, ruffling Yoongi's hair.

Yoongi giggled and waved at me as him and Namjoon walked off down the hall.

Namjoon POV

Yoongi has been going on and on about his first day since I picked him up, but the one thing he wouldnt stop talking about was Jin. He kept saying how nice he was and how much fun his class was. He kept going on and on about them playing blocks and playing with race cars between lessons. Honestly, I didn't mind the babbling. I was just happy my son had such a good day today.

Yoongi is the child I worry about the most when it comes to socializing. Don't get me wrong once he warms up to you, the boy is very outgoing, but it takes him time and patience, something not many people showed him. I was very grateful to Jin.

Speaking of Jin, that man is like a god. He's good with kids, very nice, very neat, but most of all he is the most handsome thing I've ever laid my eyes on. His smile is to die for, his eyes are beautiful, and he is smart. But the best thing about him was how much he loved kids. He made my little boy so happy and he hasn't stopped smiling since I picked him up. I think I found the one..

Wait what!? No I can't I only just met him I can't be in love with him...or can I? Of course not! Well maybe... I feel like a damn teenager now.

"Appa! Appa! Can we invite Mr Jin for dinner one night please? He can bring his kids and we can have a big playdate!" Yoongi proposed.

I looked in the rearview mirror and grinned softly, "I don't think that's a bad idea at all Yoongles."
